I used the service of Fantastic Services for an end of tenancy service. The cleaners did not bother to move the fridge and the cooker in the kitchen. As a result, when the landlord came for the check out, the floor was dirty and it costed me £50 off my deposit for this mistake in addition to the full price Fantastic Services charged me. A mistake can be made. It happens, but I really did not appreciate how the company handled this situation. I could not have them come back as the check out visit was the next day. Fantastic Cleaners did not apologize and did not either recognise the mistake made. If anything they tried to find a solution not to pay me these £50 that went off my deposit. I was charged full price whereas the service was not delivered. I had to write many emails, providing many information, all for nothing.

I will not recommend this service at all.

Following my comment, the customer care service contacted me to provide a satisfying solution. It was not easy to put in place as I moved out the UK and no longer have a british bank account, but they followed up promptly and kindly. In the end I was refunded the £50 I lost off my deposit. I am happy with how it turned out in the end, and most importantly with the dedication of Alexa Stone's from the customer care service who delivered this satisfying solution.

Delivery the next day is very convenient. The site registers the last order and enables to set reminders. Easy and quick!
