Great expertise and saved me a small fortune

I contacted Howdens after a family health insurance policy renewal came through and genuinely startled me. The price had crept up substantially without me noticing over a a period of years. Fasih at Howdens reviewed the benefits of the policy and steered me to a like for like policy with a reputable brand at half the price in 38 minutes, saving me and my family thousands. Really pleased.

Product And Price good - delivery appalling

Ordered online - product selection good, price good, process of ordering fine. The purchase experience was badly let down by fulfilment.
The 3 day delivery cycle turned into 3 weeks saga. The courier company has 2 drivers and they missed the promised slot. Trying to rearrange was a chore as our post code was " a bit out of the way" - we live in central London !!
