The car was taken apart for the warranty repair and the part that was ordered was incorrect so the car had to be put back together and sent back to be booked again for the repair - very inconvenient when it could have been planned much better.

Had excellent renewal service from Kimberley recently who answered everything we required.

Very good communication with the customer service although they could supply and fit when they arrived. They refunded the fit charge and picked up the old machine at a later prearranged date.

The dealings that I have had from Bulb have been excellent. They have a good app which although could do with improving does keep one notified of ones account. Smooth transactions without any hassle.
