I've bought a few bikes from the team in recent years and have always had a good experience. When the inevitable warranty issues crop up I've always felt supported by the team at the shop, they've sorted them out quickly, and with good communication, which isn't always the case elsewhere.

The member of staff who looked after me was very friendly, service was easy. No problems.

SIS energy and recovery powders are effective. wih quick delivery and cheap prices direct from SIS I would recommend getting it straight from them.

CRC has long been the easiest online bike shop. They are generally well priced, and generally deliver pretty quick, sometimes impressively quick. I buy a lot from them and rarely have any trouble. They have been very good with warranty and returns recently too.
