Amazing. Danny came to fix a boiler that 7 other so called engineers couldn't fix and within 3 mins Danny knew what the problem was.
He went the extra mile and helped my mum who is 80 and has dementia by fixing the heating when the fault was not actually his to fix and should have been done by the other engineers.
We can't thank or praise him enough.

Very fast do very just wish it had told me on the checkout page when I could roughly expect the item. I had to email to find out

Took back items purchased on line to be given the wrong credit note card. So when I went to purchase more items they told me as it was thewwrong card I had lost £96. This only happened in Jan 2014.
So I will never shop there again
