Not fit for my wife on mothers day.

Well if it was not for the fact my son sent these to my wife I would have probably put them in the recycle bin.

I would hope you have the same standards as myself but on this occasion not.

The roses in the bunch four in total look aged already not good enough.

Withholding money from my account and…

Withholding money from my account and making me wait extraordinary long times to get it.Having just spoken to them and being told to wait further and also telling me they care as well.This has been with the complaints department for quite a while now but no correspondence so far from them shocking, never again.

We always want customers to love their full DUSK experience and I can only apologise that this wasn’t the case on this occasion. 

There has been a temporary dispatch issue at our warehouse, resulting in delays beyond our usual delivery policy. 

However, I want to acknowledge that this is far from any excuse, and I deeply regret falling short of our usual delivery standard.

I cancelled a policy and after 23 days…

I cancelled a policy and after 23 days of pure incompetence I still have no results as to where my funds are.

From this point I will never recommend you again to anyone because of your service I have contacted you numerous times even this morning but it seems to be such an effort to fix my issue.
