Why charge you to move to another tariff with you

Good prices, but to charge you £50 per energy to move to their own tariff is poor. Their AI agent was amazing, understood everything I said, even accepted my argument on a comment they made. But went downhill fast when a human started to communicate. And you could feel the attitude in the reply. Sorry to leave but the £100 makes the opposition much more attractive . I have since received amazing support from Andrew at fuse, and have adjusted my star rating to reflect that

I had an issue with some of my begonia…

I had an issue with some of my begonia order, two were the size of a 1p. So I contacted them showing the begonias beside a 1p coin. They responded very fast and replaced the full order of 20, this goes above and beyond good customer service, it was excellent. Thank you

If I could give minus I would. The automated customer service is not fit for purpose, you just go round in circles, if you are typing too much they cut you off, a new agent (AI) comes on and asked you to impute all the same information. After four years they suddenly changed my location to a hotel a mile away, the receptionist tells the driver we don’t live there and to deliver to the address on the label but they say they are not allowed and leave it. For three weeks I have been on to them, sometimes as long as a hour but just get put onto different people and departments. They just don’t understand basic problems. The frustration is off the scale. It is such a shame they are let down by customer service, because when it works it is very convenient, good value and amazing turn round, but don’t have a problem, they will break you

Tesco are ripping UK residents off. They are advertising three boxes of chocolates( heroes, celebrations and roses) for €12. That equates to £10.50, while in the UK it is £16+

I would give no stars if I could

I would give no stars if I could, I also believe I am wasting my time writing this review as so many others highlight the same issues. After only four days this latest one has stopped working and telling me it has failed. Still intact on my arm as I use over plasters designed for this style after having so many dislodged. Hopefully if enough complain and it hits their sales something might get done

No call when arranged

I contacted them as my one year cover on a new car was ending and wanted a quote. It was arranged for Friday after 9.00. No call and I waited all day with phone on sound so as not to miss it.I am sorry but if they don’t respond when trying to give them business I would not be confident in a breakdown situation.Update from RAC they send a stock reply read the reviews it comes up time and time again , they obviously have not looked into the content of my review

As always the staff are brilliant

As always the staff are brilliant, Danielle today sorted everything out for me, with a friendly but professional manner . I am so sorry to be moving to another supplier, but the daily charge being half makes a huge difference.45 years in the gas industry and the first daily charge came in and we were told it was for the rental of the meter. Now it is for the infrastructure, surely this should be paid from the profits before paying the shareholders. I know I will be back

Worst customer service of any company I…

Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with, and that is such a shame as the staff in our local Aldi Crewe Cheshire are brilliant. But I contacted customer services as their cowbell butter is 25g under weight. Says 250g but is 225g customer service say they will pass it on to supplier but will not give any feedback, they said we do not communicate with customers. They said there is no complaint section and no email or phone number for head office, but you could write a letter. Why is this allowed for such a major company in this country?

I have bought lots from SHEIN

I have bought lots from SHEIN, most ok for the price. But I have just received my latest order of mens black trousers with a double buckle fastener. It is impossible to get the material through the buckle, the material is double thick and no matter what you try it won’t go through. It is impossible to speak to anyone and none of the options are relative to the issue. This has put me off and won’t be ordering again, also the order that is coming I will try to cancel or refuse . Follow up to message below. Sends you round in circles and don’t get contact with a human

Not a good environment to buy a car

Let’s start with the best bit. Lewis , only a young lad but left a lasting impression, and we were thrown to him because the first guy didn’t think we would do the business. It was a building site, not great when you are expecting a great experience. All they had was a couple of portacabins, with the smell of sewage wafting in from the toilet block a few yards away. Now considering how much is being spent on this refurbishment a bit more on a mobile home with a few comforts would go a long way to improve the experience. And certainly it was not disabled friendly, only having steps to get in. Back to the 5*. Lewis could not be more helpful, including delivering the car and taking time to make sure all was as it should be. Head office you have great staff, give them the tools to do their job

Communication was good

Communication was good, but they sent a text saying they were putting it in the auction with a reserve price, then sent message saying your car has sold with a price £900 less than the reserve. Don’t understand the reserve bit, just say your car didn’t reach reserve not sold.

I have been having deliveries for 18…

I have been having deliveries for 18 months with nurses coming every 12 weeks.i have found the service to be excellent. I get informed about delivery, then the nurse calls the night before. Nicola last time was great, this time we had Jess also great. I can not fault the service
