First of all, the ordering process was a breeze, and communication from Tom was first class. the Courier company were great.

The bike itself is top draw (for me), the build was straightforward and first ride out was astounding.

The downsides were the 2 month wait, despite the "expected dispatch" time of 14 days, and all of the frame mount bolts were loose. if I hadn't checked they would have probably shook loose and fell off on the first ride!
But all in all, I am very pleased with my bike, for the price point I don't think it could be beaten and if I was in the market for another bike I think I would use them again.

Really nice personable guys John and Brad, delivered quite early in the allotted 2hrs, correctly guessed it was a bike!
Only slight downside is that the box was wet on the end and nearly fell apart when I went to move it, but the contents were okay.

Our two delivery guys D245/M235 were excellent, they arrived perfectly within the allotted time slot, went above and beyond, even bringing the item into our house for us. I would recommend this firm most highly.

I have absolutely no problem with the training or trainer as this was top notch as always. My problem was with the facilities,(Poole), they are tired and could do with a damn good clean and spruce up. I understand due to the nature of the courses they will not be office standard, but the whole place looks messy, and the toilet facilities leave a bit to be desired, a pokey little hole, with no way to dry your hands after washing them, I understand that hand washing is a bit of an anathema to a lot of guys in the building trade but we're not all animals!

Okay, we all know it's a bargain basement website where most, if not all of its product come from China, much like Wish. But I ordered a "clickbait" item and it's okay, "does what it says on the tin", but the box it came in was a right mess. I admit it could have been the carrier. just lucky the item wasn't broken. Better packaging required, although I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon, it maybe bargain basement site but I think the thing I bought was overpriced!

Great pants/boxers/undercrackers or whatever you want to call them. Great getting out of the car/armchair etc., and not having to dig into my crotch to retrieve the legs of said underwear, and getting odd or knowing looks from passers by!
All that remains to be seen is how long they last.

Apart from him getting the rating of my battery wrong, and it being a more expensive type needed, my overall experience was excellent, he turned up a LOT earlier than the telephone operator had anticipated, and gave a very professional and comprehensive service and I am more than pleased with the service.

Best price and immediate payment, what more could you want!
