I was very dissapointed that my 220d coupe required new front discs after only 30,000 miles of mixed motoring, motorways ,A roads and local. I asked to see the discs and and was promised they would be in the car on pick up, not so, it took several attempts to get the discs and eventually they were delivered to my home a few days later. I have no idea if these are the actual discs from my car
Two further faults were reported but subsequently dismissed. I had returned to my car with the windows down and the car unlocked, also the rain sensor does not appear to be working as it should and certainly not as it did on the courtesy car
These faults were dismissed as they weren't on any computer record in the car.
Maybee they are waiting for the car to be out of warranty

Highclere was wonderful, getting there was not!

Loved the hotel but the travel times were far too long - the pick up time was far too early which meant we arrived at our hotel 10 hours later with a 3 hour break. We live just 2 hours away from the hotel. Highclere was wonderful but we only had 3 hours there and did not have time to see the gardens.

Very Poor

I ordered 2 ram cards for a Dell laptop
Delivery good
Ram cards crashed the computer
Sent email to tech dept 6 days ago
No reply despite claims for 48 hour service

I have investigated your order following your comments on our service.

I have found that:
At 14:52 on 24th January we received your email.
At 15:58 on 24th January we responded to your email.

I have checked email address used and it is the same as the email you sent.

I therefore suggest our reply email has been either placed into your spam box, or possibly been deleted incorrectly.

Please could you check your spam folder.

As advertised we do reply to all emails within 48 hours - however this nearly always happens the same day.

I would request that you adjust this review once you have located our email.

Regarding your issue, we look forward to resolving this with you either by email or phone.
