MOT took 2.45 hours instead of 1 hour…

My booked MOT took 2.45 hours instead of the usual 1 hour. I wasn't made aware of the delay at any time until I asked if my car was ready 1.30 hours later.
It was very annoying that Looker did not tell of the delay so i could have taken alternative action. Problem has been raised directly to Lookers so I don't know why I received this review request. Looker people just don't seem to want to communicate with customers.

MOT usually takes 1 hour. Mine took 2.45 hours

Booked while you wait MOT. Usually takes 1 hour. This one took 2.45 hours.
No one told me there was a delay. It was only after 1.5 hours when I enquired if the car was ready did I find out that the MOT hadn't even been started.
Total lack of communication. Just not interested in the customer

No service at all

Could not open door, key jammed in the door. Contacted on landline using local landline number. Reply advised I was being transferred as call was important. After holding on for 5 minutes as no response cancelled call. Then tried mobile number. Same thing happened. So I went elsewhere where I had a very efficient service on a Sunday

Poor service, can't contact store direct

Ordered cat litter on click & collect ( within an1 hour). Order hadn't been actioned when I arrived 1.5 Hours later. It was annoying as I had ordered 2 bags but you only had 1 left on the shelf, otherwise no stock. I have a round trip of 45 miles to visit your stores. Also no way of contacting the store to establish they have received order & can handle it.

No problems

Had no problems in obtaining & changing details to see how it affected the premium.
Would have liked some indication that an agent was there when on the chat line & hoping for a reply

Beware of Iphones descriptions as not correct

Iphone received was described as good but came with heavy scratches on the screen. Rejected phone no problems but trying to get a replacement had:-
Problem 1 promised to send out replacement but not
even an email giving status received after 2 days
Problem 2, tried phoning 4 times but kept getting cut
off.
Problem 3 used the chat line but agent did not seem to know what to do & advised I should contact a different dept. Difficult as phone line kept cutting off
Problem 4 Received an automatic refund. This was good but I would have preferred a phone

Log in letter needs clarifing

I receive a letter advising change to the Grid card. The alternative to using the smartphone, a one time code was not very clear so a telephone call was needed to clarify

Superb Service

No problems, Ordered on line & combs came by return even though it was over the Christmas period when other sites had closed down

Excellent service provided it is in stock

The service cannot be faulted. The problem we had was that the size we wanted in Barbour Quilted Jackets was out of stock. We found some jackets went up tp size 20 & 22 & others didn't. Also the larger sizes didn't appear to be stocked & there was no way of establishing if those sizes would ever be in stock.
Provide the item was in stock service was very good
