Appalling Service

Sent my coffee machine away for a service, 10 working days was my expectation as per their website and was not advised any different when I spoke to the adviser to sort a collection etc. The only thing I have heard back (I'm now on 9 working days...) is by email that they have my machine! Contacted them via chat, no help at all "I just organise repairs" called today, adviser couldn't help, as 'couldn't access the system' yeah right, will email my Manager (why??) Just a holding tactic no doubt. Promised a call back, heard nothing. Send your unit somewhere else! Appalling service and I will be expecting this reflected in the cost...

Got the response below, but still nothing from the service centre... por service continues....

Great service and attention from Amy

Great service and attention from Amy, clear instructions and got the car sorted as quickly as possible. What always bugs me though, (Not Amy's fault) and is why, without a service plan I wouldn't take my car there, is this obsession with up-selling at silly extortionate prices! Suggested I needed a brake fluid change, £89... not on your life!, even National tyres will do it for £45. When I made this point, it was immediately price matched?? New tyres suggested with more than 3.5mm left on the tread! What! £160 per tyre, same tyre Black Circles £85! I would happily get them to complete work if they didn't try and take out my eyes with all the pricing!

Its not a formal complaint, just valuable feedback for you to take action!

Got a good initial response when I…

Got a good initial response when I realised I had ordered the wrong size mat, so decided to return it for a refund. It was delivered to them on the 5th December, three messages from later, no response and no refund so far....🤬🤬

Response today, all sorted thank you

Buying process was quick and easy

Buying process was quick and easy, a tad more of a challenge to get a suitable booking slot, made more difficult by the fact we needed the car for our holidays on the Friday of that week. Anyway, got a slot for the Friday morning, perfect! Ordered the tyres (Tuesday) Then, at 4.50 on the Thursday evening received an email to advise the tyres were not now going to be delivered until the following week!! This, was totally unacceptable, short notice, no chance to get other alternatives most unhappy... Anyway, spoke to Vicky at Black Circles who was amazing! Managed to get sorted thanks to her. Not sure why Black Circles would do this, will be wary of using again

They don't care about you

I have tried almost 10 times to get a response from VW Finance about my lease contract which ends in January. I have to date not had any response, do not deal with VW Finance, nobody cares about you.

I have received a response, asking me to email exactly the same email address that I haven't received any response from?? I wonder if this time it will be different?

Finally got a call from VW which was pleasant and helpful. Was advised that a quote to buy was not available until 90 days before the end of the hire contract. I did suggest that, had they provided this piece of information at my initial request, it would have saved us all time and effort.

Bought a cam in March and opted for a…

Reply asks to email allaboard@chilli-tec which is where my other emails were sent. Says they may have gone into their spam folder? well check! I have already spent more time on this than I should have, you need to get your systems sorted or you will continue to have these issues!!! I will message on FB as my last attempt before escalating further


Bought a cam in March and opted for a spare battery. Haven't used it much, and the battery charged OK for the first couple of times and then just got a solid light. Assuming it was a battery fault, used the second battery, which too wouldn't charge. Have tried many times without success to get a response from Chilli on what the situation is and have had no response! If you are lucky enough to get a cam that works, fine, but if you need any after sales support, forget it. I am considering my next steps with trading standards and my credit card company to get a resolution. Go somewhere else for you camera!!

We provide 12 months warranty. If you’ve sent an email it obviously hasn’t been seen which may have not landed or landed in our spam folder. As your name is not showing here we cannot search or check. I’d recommend emailing allaboard@chilli-tech.com or better still messaging our Facebook page and the team will help solve your issue. In many cases problems with cameras can be due to user error or sd card issues. We provide How-To videos on our YouTube channel and also have a troubleshooting page also for each camera. No empathy, just want your money...

Sadly, just after your money... Reserved a car for £200 which I fully intended to go and see and likely buy. Sadly, due to unforeseen and difficult personal circumstances, I was unable to get down to view the car in a timely manner. I received zero empathy from the Steve the Manager, who said he was to keep my deposit as the car was now into the next month and would have lost value and also that the period to keep the car off sale was 10-14 days (although this was not made clear at the time). Interestingly, the car is still advertised at the same price.... Communications were not easy, I missed their calls a few times as did the sales person I was dealing with when I called, however I did keep him posted of the situation so he knew what was happening. I'm sure they are OK to deal with when things go well at your end, but don't expect any understanding or leeway if they don't.


Their response confirms the assessment.

Poor response times

Sadly, my item was damaged in delivery, which is not Circulon's fault (better packaging maybe?) But my real beef is in how long it is taking to organise a return which you have to contact them about, obviously this is a bottleneck. Still no further forwards after over a week...

Good delivery and easy ordering

Good delivery and easy ordering. Needed to return however and got no communication from Very that my return had been received and processed. Had to call to resolve, no too happy about that, although staff were helpful.

Got a unhelpful reply apologising but with no action to resolve for future?
