The sale of my house, like many these days unfortunately proved not to be the most straight forward, however Smith and Friends were great throughout. The initial observations, photos, marketing of the property were excellent and this helped generate lots of interest while the property was on the market. Due to properties popularity, it did get slightly challenging at times with the amount of emails received for confirmed viewings, however I would rather it be this way than it generate little or no interest. The online portal is a very good way of checking where you are at with a property, and can imagine this being extremely useful with people who own multiple properties. Overall, experience and communication was great during a challenging property sale which got there in the end!

Bought a 75 inch TV and this was delivered with care and attention. Have had negative experiences with other companies when handling this kind of fragile and bulky item, but I shouldnt of worried, the item was even placed in the specific room. Communication was also very good leading up to the delivery, even with a phone call an hour before. Very good all round.

Recently bought a new 75 inch TV through the Richer Sounds website, very competitive pricing and was kept fully informed when I should receive my order. Hassle free purchase and the item was received on time and was well handled. Was very pleased with the transaction from start to finish.

The purchase that was made at Sytner Select Wakefield was a very relaxed experience from start to finish. The showroom is well equipped, airy and has a main dealer vibe to it. I can only speak as I find, and from the test drive of the vehicle through to sorting off the finance paperwork it couldn't of been much more laid back or less pushy. Thanks to Tom and Daniel at the showroom for making things so straight forward. Highly recommended for a decent car buying experience.

Utterly useless customer service and unable to change delivery address after order even though it was a couple of minutes after order was placed...customer is always right? Not according to Sports Direct. Will not be using them again.

Bought cod liver oil in 4 litre form, delivery was very prompt even using the ecomony option, had product within a week and very happy with price also!
