Do not get a car loan from this company!

This has been a nightmare and Blue Motor have been working against me in favour of the Trade Centre at Rochdale (also avoid). I had my car for 3 weeks before it had serious faults and broke down. An independent report confirmed the faults were there at the point of sale. Unfortunatley, someone crashed into me 3 weeks after buying the car, despite the car not working again and confirmation that the accident did not cause the issues, they said as I was not in the 30 day rejection period the Trade Centre had to fix it. They have had my car since 18 Feb and it is still not fixed. Blue Motor confirmed they had given the dealer until Thursday 19 March to repair the car and if this wasn't sorted by then Blue Motor would consider the options including a rejection. I have chased them up today and they have said they still haven't heard back from the dealer. It is just delay tactic after delay. I need a car for my job (essential car user) so I have had to buy a cheap run around, so I am paying for 2 lots of insurance and 2 lots of car tax plus a monthly car loan of £258 for a car I can't even use! There is no end in sight for this to be resolved. I have complained to the Financial Ombudsman, but Blue Motor don't seem to care about this. I have anxiety and depression and my mental health is dire at the moment due to this. Avoid them at all costs!!

Update regarding their response: A senior is already dealing with this and has been since January!
