The driver was so stupid he couldn't use the lift and so instead he stormed our the building and left a sorry we missed you card despite me saying if he waits a moment ill come down to him. He then threw my parcel violently into his van and drove off screeching his tyres when there was children playing outside. What an absolute joke of a delivery company. Cant contact them as they use AI and block you form speaking to a person. My advice is dont use DHL if you can avoid it.
