Not responding ? when specifically ie time and date and by what contact channel have you attempted to contact us ?

Also, the number you have provided, within this review is not/does not correlate to an order on our site so we cannot look up any order, when we have been provided an incorrect order number so please update/correct this accordingly

As you have now provided the correct order number, we were able to locate an order/account on our site, this has now been blocked, to prevent further orders being placed

To inform you, it was not placed used the email address that you have provided to Trustpilot, via our request earlier today, the account was set up using a Libero email address

For investigation into any transactions that you believe were placed withour your authority, but that had been authorized to ourselves by the payment provider/method, please contact the payment method that was used, to request that they review and or refund your accordingly, we cannot cancel nor refund any orders that have been placed on our site, that have been authorized by the payment provider

Also, you have not let us know, when, ie time and date and by what contact method you had tried to contact us, prior to placing this review ?
