Servizio imbarazzante. Abbiamo già inviato due mail di sollecito e ancora attendiamo riscontro sulla richiesta di risarcimento per ritardo del volo. Mail a cui non ho mai avuto risposta, attenzione nei confronti del consumatore inesistente.
