I've had a few client advisors over the last 11 years or so but this year Siann has been absolutely amazing. She has put up with a number of silly questions and had to resolve issues I have created through ignorance and she's always done it very quickly. Today I spoke to her about another issue which I had seen arise through my lack of knowledge and she was able to resolve it very quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending, or indeed Crunch, and I. hope this relationship continues for a long time, albeit if I have to speak to her it will mean I've done something very silly again.
