Unbelievably bad
If I could give a negative rating I would. Booked flights to our wedding for our close family to Cyprus. This was booked a full year in advance. It Was nothing but hassle. I am regular BA flyer so I know how to book and how to use the app. Could not pick seats online, could not get through on the phone, went to airport and told they could not help. Tried online, app and phone several times and was unsuccessful. Got to airport and check in staff were over run. Opened check in far to late the que was out the door. Tried to usher customers to use newly fitted machines which cause more chaos. Managed to get at least 1 adult sat next to the children. Boarding of the plane was as bad as everything else. 2 babys in the group tried to board early but refused. Groups all called at pretty much same time so it was just mayhem. Staff at airport and onboard 75% were rude and incompetent. Once in Heathrow this was an even worse experience. Staff did let wheelchair and babies through first but the plane was ready and the staff kept sending passengers through gate and down escalators. Several passengers shouting for them to stop as there was literally nowhere to go and all the babies and wheelchairs ended up pushed to the back. Very similar experience on return leg. BA ruined our holiday, not to mention we had to pay over the odds for the experience. BA genuinely gets worse EVERY time I fly with them. I will never use them in future unless there is no other option. Id rather walk 3000miles than fly BA
