Ho iniziato ad acquistare online le camicie Brooks Brothers più di dieci anni fa. Esperienza ottima: spedizioni veloci, camicie di ottimo cotone, spesso prezzi scontati. Da qualche anno, invece, solo esperienze negative. Arrivano email che annunciano sconti, poi al momento del "chekout" lo sconto non viene applicato. Non rispondono alle mail. Lo stile classico che ha fatto la fortuna dell'azienda, viene progressivamente abbandonato a favore di linee più "modaiole". Molto giovanilismo, stile molto "italiano", cioè attento più all'immagine che alla sostanza. I negozi italiani della Brooks Brothers sono inavvicinabili: sembrano riservati solo a giovani miliardari, alti e belli. Chiaramente, c'è ora un management che sta sbagliando tutte le mosse e temo che presto arriverà la resa dei conti, quando i bilanci non potranno più nascondere le forti perdite che a mio avviso sono inevitabili.
