My issue is with the quality of the phone service it was clear and then garbled, this could be a fault with my phone provider or their provider. Their help was ok they tried to communicate but we're let down by the connection.

Poor quality customer service, practical internet speeds considerably lower than advertised because of old routers and endless dropouts of service. They will just tell you everything is great ‘at their end’ but it’s been an experience of poor quality internet ‘our end’. They sneak up prices at any opportunity and are just really not nice or fair to deal with anymore.
Edit: Thanks for pretending to care , you should have taken care of it when I called today, I’m only asking for fair treatment for customers that have been with you for several years not 2 minutes. You demonstrated that you couldn’t give a hoot earlier today.

Marie was very helpful and resolved my issue of no broadband but running diagnostics on her end.
I had already used the online guide to no success so it was great to have this issue resolved on a bank holiday

Excellent full fibre broadband (not thst copper from the green box at the end of the road that BT Openreach do) so we have renewed it at the end of the existing contract. Very competitive price. Good customer care from Riz

Had a bit of a problem with dropping off the internet,spoke to James(007)who went through all permatations,he spoke very clear and ask all relevant questions,he then adjusted all settings to my router which up until now seems to have fixed my problem

Internet goes off more times than its actually on. Customer support is non existent. Worse company ive ever had to deal with. I will be cancelling direct debit and going to trading standards.

Fab service for second year now, price matched and never an issue with service. Rang customer following a power cut and router not working, straight through no queuing and resolved issue with forcing an update through and back working within 20 mins over the phone with Roxanne! Much better than previous internet providers!

I have been with Zzoomm for around 3 years and always found them really good, however, they were offering new customers much better deals rather than rewarding their loyal customers. I tried to get a deal but they were not having any of it. Time to shop around I thought anf found a betterservice for a better price. Zzoomm took my final payment for my 500mbs package but from the moment I told them I was leaving I have been getting speeds nearer 100mbs!

We pay for the fastest package and have never had so many drop outs. Have had to call multiple times to get things corrected but it never lasts long. We believe the supposed full fibre is actually sliced but get threatened with huge engineer visit bills if we wanted it checked. Will not be renewing when contract ends.
I tried to add additional comments as they requested-although they can see all of this on my extensive call log-but it doesn’t let me.

I had an issue with my ONT box and the problem was diagnosed and an engineer came and replaced the box asap. I also had an issue with my WAN IP and Maria was very helpful at resolving that issue as well.
