I used my frother everyday for 6 years till it finally slowed down. I contacted the website and got a replacement with the lifetime guarantee. They sent me two new ones and I'm loving it.

Love their milk frother! It stopped working after about a year and half and Zulay honored their lifetime warranty and sent me a new one! They were friendly and easy to communicate with! Excellent kitchen products! I would recommend them 100%!

Love my Zulay hand held frother! It is very user friendly and works with ease. I had a small issue and had to call Zulay, and my minor issue was resolved quickly, professionally and with customer care. I felt good after the call and can’t say enough about this company! They have it all, the products , the people and do business with a great customer centered attitude!

I contacted Zulay customer service because I needed a replacement part that wasn’t listed on-line (a stem for the 100 cup coffee urn). Customer service gave me the price and sent the invoice quickly. Everything is good again.

These days the bar for kitchen appliance longevity has been set so low that most of our purchasing experiences come with the added stressor of time and money wasted as the product fails to soon.
Well not so with my recent experience with the Zulay milk frothier This company has the one thing money can’t buy - integrity. They answer calls promptly, are friendly and answer questions honestly.
Further, Zulay offered me a hassle free replacement under their warranty (that actually works). I’ve received not one but two as their way of thanking me for my business and any inconvenience. The replacement was shipped immediately and included a hand written thank you note!

Obtaining timely and attentive customer service via email was challenging. The customer service department does not seem to have the same concern for my needs as I do. When I called their phone number, the gentleman who helped me seemed to get things done in minutes where when using the email customer service it would take days. We had a very expensive automatic coffee maker stop working and we needed to know what to do. I followed all of the directions for the return given to me in email and video on the web site. The shipping label did not come until I called - and once again, in minutes - the same gentleman who was helping resolved the problem. In summary, I emailed customer service more than three times. I only received a response from customer service after I called the phone number four times. This has reduced my confidence moving forward.
Prompt and personalized responses
Prompt and personalized response to an issue with a product made the process painless. I contacted Zulay Kitchen via email and they sent troubleshooting information and advice. When it was evident the product was not functioning and still under warranty they sent a replacement.
Item is fine, staff doesn’t respond in timely manner.
The product sent is as described, and I have no issues with the product. I did however have a less than ideal experience attempting to get in contact with and fixing issues with support staff. When I placed the order and payed with an automatic payment system, I acknowledge that it is my fault that the address was incorrectly sent through as my old one. However, I contacted staff immediately following in an attempt to either cancel the order or to get the address changed. I proceeded to try and contact staff two days following this mishap via emails and phone calls, to no success or response. By then the item was already in transit and I had to attempt to go to my old address to retrieve my item, which I was fortunately successful in doing. Only after I had personally retrieved my item on my own did I hear anything from the company, which basically just told me it was out of their hands and to “enjoy my item”, which I wouldn’t have even been able to get had I not taken matters into my own hands and been extremely fortunate that it wasn’t taken by the new tenants. Again, I acknowledge that the initial blunder was of my own fault, but waiting three days to get a response from support is not ideal.

I love the dishes. They're modern, simple, elegant. As some people have mentioned, they stack but not that neatly. That doesn't bother me. One dish came with a small chip. Customer support could not have been better. They responded immediate and send me replacement very quickly.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the way my recent issue has been handled. I purchased a Zulay coffee Magia machine with the expectation of quality and reliability, but my experience with your customer service has been anything but satisfactory.
After my coffee machine began malfunctioning, I reached out to your team seeking assistance. Instead of receiving support or an easy resolution, I was instructed to ship the unit back to you at my own cost—with no help, label, or alternative solution offered. This alone was disappointing, but the situation became much worse when the courier (UPS) damaged and broke my coffee machine during shipping.
I am now in the middle of a claim dispute with UPS in order to be reimbursed for a machine that, frankly, should have been repaired or replaced directly by Zulay. This entire ordeal has been an absolute nightmare—time-consuming, stressful, and completely avoidable had your company taken more responsibility or offered local repair options here in Canada.
It is incredibly disappointing that a company I once trusted has shown so little regard for its customers. A simple gesture—such as offering to replace the machine or assisting with the return—would have gone a long way toward retaining my loyalty. Unfortunately, given this experience, I am now forced to recover my loss through UPS insurance and will be taking my business elsewhere.
Good frother, awesome customer service.
Good frother, awesome customer service. These frothers can be kind of fickle at times. You get one, it takes months to wear out then the next one breaks within a month or two. The thing that Zulay Kitchen has going for them is their customer service and desire to please. I've owned 7 or 8 over the years, given them as gifts and I managed to break a couple. :-) Zulay stands behind their product with great support and a pretty solid product.

It's not often today that companies stand behind their products. I appreciate that zulay kitchen does. My frother is one of my favorite kitchen tools. I use it everyday to froth my coffee. I've tried other frothers but this is my favorite.
