I ordered a frother from Best Buy.
It stopped working after couple of weeks.
I called the number printed on the frother and the company shipped a new one. Works excellent!!

Item is nice and heavy and gets juices great. One issue I have experienced is the juicer sliding around on my counter when I try to squeeze the fruits. A set of suction cups on the bottom of the juicer would help.

I had originally bought a frother on an Amazon sale in 2018. It recently started declining and eventually stopped working. I contacted customer support to see about the warranty and because it's the only site that still had the pattern I wanted. Customer service was fabulous and I now have a new frother in the same beautiful pattern as well as a bonus frother. The thank you cards was nice as well. I will continue to buy from this brand.

We had some trouble with your 100 cup coffe urn. You were great to work with to get our urn replaced. It is very refreshing to find someone that stands behind their products. Thank you.

Wonderful product extremely quick shipping

I love using the products made by Zulay! Staple in my kitchen. I had a little issue with my milk frother where it somehow got a short and would run very slow. After changing the batteries with no change, I finally broke down and called customer service and little to my knowledge, there was a life time warranty on the product! They pulled up my order and immediately sent me a new one and for my trouble included an extra one in a different color. They went beyond my expectations and I will remain a loyal customer! Thank you so much!

I love love love my juicer. It’s a pull down citrus press. It’s well made. Sturdy and easy to clean . Plus I got a free gift to boot!

I love the mission and the reason the company started. The items I ordered are made of good quality. I used the popcorn popper but no videos/pictures 😑. All but 5 kernels popped and it was so good. I didn't use the popcorn button. I did 2:35 and it was done. I do plan on ordering from the company again. The customer service is good as well.

I realized after my last purchase of my 3rd Zulay frother that they have a lifetime warranty. I gathered my invoices and inquired and to my surprise the warranty was 100% legit and they made it more than right, and even included a hand written thank you note.

I first purchased the milk frother a couple of weeks ago. After a few uses it didn't work. On a hunch I reached out to Zulay Kitchen through Amazon and heard back from Yna within two days. They reviewed the video and comments I sent and were happy to replace the unit for me. I am so impress how responsive they were. Their willingness to replace and get a new milk frother was also impressive. The new one definitely works very well!
