Update to my review a couple of days ago. I requested a refund through PayPal & literally received my money back within seconds. They advised based on the information I provided I was entitled to a full refund. I would urge anyone else waiting for this company to respond to give up & request refund via PayPal. I provided evidence of my order & screenshots of my messages/emails chasing up response from ZS official.

I wrote a review on here on 22 January which you can see. The seller then responded that I may not be genuine customer or that my review may not be about thier company. I can assure you it is.

I provided the information they requested and still no feedback about my order and no response to DM’s from either me or my partner.

Beyond disgusted by their behaviour, avoid at all costs!!!

Placed an order on 11th December which has still not been received. No one is responding to the numerous emails sent. I am soo dissatisfied and can only hope someone responds on here.

When you put a bad review in, they’ll ask for details on here but still won’t get back to you via email, I’ve not received any reply let alone the actual expensive product I ordered

Absolute joke of a company, made an order with them on the 2nd of December and an email saying that the items were dispatched a few weeks later and then nothing. No tracking order or way to see where the items could be. Emailed them with no response and no response from DM’s on Instagram.

I would honestly give this company no stars if possible. I placed my order on 12/10/2021 for 62.50 GBP.. almost $85 in the U.S. dollar. I hadn’t heard anything so I emailed them on 12/21/2021 - no response. I saw them posting on social media so I messaged them on Instagram on 12/22/2021 - no response. They continued to post on social media, so again I tried contacting them via email 12/23/2021 - no response. On 01/05/2022 I emailed again (4th time contacting them!!!) & finally received a response stating my order had been dispatched & should of been there so it “might’ve gotten lost.” They offered to re-ship the package or issue me a refund. I paid the extra 12.50 (GBP) for the “special tracking service” when my order was placed…. And didn’t receive tracking. So I asked if they would give me the shipping I originally paid for, they could re-ship the order. Never heard from them after that. On 01/17/2021 I emailed them & asked if they hadn’t shipped it to just issue me a refund - no response. I opened a claim with PayPal & put screenshots of all the emails and documents & received a full refund in about 5 minutes. This company is either a scam or doesn’t know how to operate a business- either way, 100% do not recommend. Save your money.

Ordered on the 28th of December, it’s now the 29th of January and I have had nothing from them despite the quoted “up to 7 days shipping time” on the website. Following their explosion on tiktok I had full faith in this brand however they have evidently used such popularity to financially exploit. I’d also like to add that they have gone private on tiktok and deleted their Instagram account. I emailed but have had no reply and I want my money back.

The worst company I have ever encountered in my life. Placed an order on 13th December 2021, its now 29th January 2022 and I still haven't received my order. I've sent countless emails. I had one reply stating it had got lost in the mail and that they would resend - never received this, never received a tracking number, sent countless follow up emails asking for a refund, had no reply, also tried contacting via their tiktok page and their Instagram. No response again. Obviously a total scammer. Do not use this company. I am so angry, I hardly ever treat myself to anything and was really looking forward to it as the products looked really good. Don't be fooled, shop elsewhere!

As with many other customers experience, awful! Completely unprofessional. Order 3rd December. Never arrived. I emailed to query and they blamed Royal Mail and asked whether I wanted a refund or redelivery. I asked to be sent it again as it was bought as a gift for a friend. Never heard from them again. Have sent three follow up emails with zero response.

I ordered on the 1.12.21. Never received my item. Luckily I payed through PayPal and have been given a refund. I did get a reply from them asking if I wanted a refund or a new item I replied and still didn’t receive the item a month after this email. There is no way that all these parcels are being lost by Royal Mail.

Complete scam artists. Ordered before Christmas, never arrived, no reply to email or social media. When I commented on their Instagram post, they replied 'stupid little liar' and then blocked me. Scam, scam, scam, AVOID

Avoid these scam artists at all costs!!

My order shipped at the beginning of December but i never received it. I have send several emails asking about my order but they haven't been answer. Reading other reviews i came to the conclusion my products were never actually shipped and this is a scam.

I was really excited when I ordered these products as they look amazing. Ordered on the 6th Dec so I would have them for Christmas and new year and I have never received them. I sent numerous emails and only had one reply offering me a refund or they could send the order again. I asked for it to be sent again and have heard nothing since. I have emailed again numerous times with no reply so went through PayPal to get a refund. Very disappointed. I understand small business’s can become busy, but they should stop taking orders until they have caught up.

Very disappointed a lot of people are calling them a scam but I’m unsure. A really big Tik Toker made a video about them and I think as a smaller business maybe they were overrun with orders and maybe are now not able to handle it?
I’m not sure tbh but I made an order December 1st, emailed them before Christmas and on Boxing Day they offered to refund or resend; I opted to resend because the pressed glitter looks amazing. I never got any confirmation that they resent my order and have chased them by email and social media on many occasions but had no response; they’ve gone complete radio silence.
I personally don’t think they’re a scam; I think they bit off more than they could chew and now can’t recover.
Fortunately I always use PayPal when ordering through small lesser know businesses and have been able to claim my money back; and it was a relatively small order anyway.

My dad bought something from zsofficial for me a whiiiiile ago ( October 7, 2021 ) but never got any update about it. I’ve made several attempts to contact, through email, Instagram, TikTok and now here. The only response I got was through email 4 weeks ago and they said respectfully that they can resend my order or refund me and that they will investigate with Royal Mail, I said if they can resend my order but never got a response back. I’ve waited patiently and have been very considerate because I know small business isn’t easy but I’ve never thought I would take this long and I was super excited, now I see a lot of videos and reviews that it a scam and etc. I’m really worried and I really hope it’s not true. I’ll be disappointed to have my dad get get a refund.

Update: I still haven’t received anything nor did I receive a response on any of my emails. It’s been 4 almost 5 months I’ve been trying to wait patiently because I waited longer for orders because of delays but I haven’t received any information what’s so ever about this order. This company is a joke. I am disappointed that Mikayla Norgeria would promote in the first place. I paid over $250 for 3 pallettes. No response to my several emails or messages on social media. My messages in tik tok were even deleted. I even paid extra for tracking which i requested via email and won't respond to even provide. I ordered 12/1 and still no product. Apparently there have been too many that have been scammed. There should be a lawsuit put into this company and i would gladly give my info so at least people in the UK can get refunded with damages. I put in a dispute and pending refund, but i hope no one else buys this product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM!!!!! And her reply to my email is exactly this and that's all I get:

Ordered on 31st of December. It’s a U.K. brand and I live in the U.K.
I have sent multiple emails, insta messages and even commented multiple times on their tiktoks and still not a single response.
Horrible and unprofessional brand, can’t get a refund as they will not answer my emails, £29 wasted

Ridiculous been trying to get my boyfriends money back for a while now and there doing nothing I told them the order number they said it’s been sent but I haven’t received it not like we have money just to waste they say it’s not a scam but when they don’t give you your money back it is a scam I’m so annoyed.

Ordered 2nd December, multiple emails sent, no reply and no products, such a shame as it all looked great!

Absolutely gutted after seeing this being reviewed by a tictok influencer I went and bought immediately I bought them back in December and still waiting I have emailed had one email back saying they where sending more still nothing???? £24 down the drain I am usually pretty patient but The no reply says it all please don’t buy unless you want your money taken and no product
