Order not received, unresponsive support

Placed order (#4325) on 18th of December with a delivery estimated in 3-5 business days. For some reason, my order was split-ship, and I've received only 1 of the 3 items I paid for (which arrived damaged)

3 weeks in, I'm still missing 2 items and have 1 faulty one. I've emailed the support team asking for help/update (8 days ago!), and no one got back to me. I'm now opening a claim with AMEX - hopefully, I'll get my money back. Avoid these cowboys.

Your order was split because the remaining items needed to be shipped from our Korea warehouse, and we apologize for the delay this caused. We will definitely refund you for the items that were not delivered.

Regarding the damaged item, it was packed carefully on our end, but it seems the courier may have handled it roughly during transit. We sincerely apologize for that.

Missing Parcel Items

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My order arrived with a missing item, and despite making multiple attempts to contact customer service via emails and phone calls, I received no response at all.

The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I expected much better customer support, especially when an item is missing from an order. This experience has been frustrating and has left me very dissatisfied.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve customer service and response times.

I’m still waiting for the order I…

I’m still waiting for the order I placed on September 22nd. The website says delivery takes 3–5 days, but that’s clearly not true. I’ve emailed you on Thursday and haven’t received any response. Awful customer service.

Rubbish

I ordered couple of items on Thursday, but instead of receiving my parcel, they refunded me on Wednesday, if you are running business be professional, you guys don’t deserve 1 ⭐️ to, running business and wasting time.

There was no indication of when the parcel will be delivered and till this date its a week or so it has not been dispatched yet I need to take it to Africa on the 9th
