Scam! Purchased after a famous beauty tiktoker posted about their products. The products never came. Tiktoker has since put out a statement saying she does not support them and it is a scam. The company will not reply to you. Trying to get a refund through paypal. What a nightmare. Selfish and money hungry company.
Again if I could give 0 stars I would. Awful customer service.. didn’t want to respond to any emails, didn’t want to respond to any DM’s. I commented on one of their promotion instagram posts to try and reach out to them, they rudely responded and told me they ‘would respond when they could’ and then deleted their comments so they didn’t look like they gave bad customer service. Continued to ignore since. Still haven’t had a reply and have been chasing it since December 4th.
So rude and unhelpful. How they manage to still be serving is a joke! Don’t order
Ordered in December never got order. Tried to get in touch about order, no response. Then they had the nerve to make their social media private. Then they continued to promote their product on social media but then limited their comments. It seems as though she’s continued production at no attention to past orders. I get they are a small business but that is no excuse. Refund people their money or send in the orders. People don’t want to hear you excuses girl.

I ordered from them on December 21st and have reached out to them countless times on their email, Instagram, and tik tok. I have received zero responses. NOT A SINGLE ONE!! I have reported all of their accounts as a scam on tik tok and Instagram.
Please do not, DO NOT, buy from this site. Many of my friends have been scammed out of their money as well. (we all bought at the same time). and I don't know what to do at this point.

It has been 3 months, and still nothing. I can't even get a response to my emails or DMs from them.
Utter disrespect towards customers. I am all for supporting small-medium businesses, but this got me very disappointed.
I initially placed an order on December 11th, 2021. I never heard anything else about my order so on January 9th, 2022 I emailed the company asking the status of my order and I heard nothing. On the company's tiktok account they said that if anyone needed help with an order to please direct message them on tiktok so I did. I was told by the company that the order was lost and I was asked if I would prefer a replacement order or a refund. I said refund because part of the order was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I also don't want to risk a second package being lost. I didn't hear back from them for a while and then on January 29th they wrote me asking if I received my refund. I even got an email from ZS Official stating that my order was cancelled and refunded. I assumed it would take a few days to process. However, it is now February 22 and I still have no refund. I paid via Afterpay so I have been contacting them asking if they have received any notice about a refund and today I was told by Afterpay that not only have they not received notice of a refund, but that my order was marked as delivered which really bothers me because ZS Official told me my package was lost... I was really excited to give this company a try after seeing all of the reviews on tiktok and now it feels like I was scammed out of my money.
I’m now having to leave a second negative review as my first has been completely ignored, as well as my requests for a refund
I ordered on the 14th of December and to this day have received nothing. So to see that people are leaving “positive reviews” is an insult to my intelligence
Considering ZS is based in Huddersfield and I live in the UK, I’m shocked that a “positive reviewer” who lives in the USA has received their order and I haven’t, this is terrible business acumen
I have reported the payment transaction to my bank who have raised a visa debit card dispute, they are currently trying to recover the money from ZS Official bank account
I have also reported ZS Official to Trading Standards. Zain Sarfraz continually states that her business is not a scam, yet fails to meet the contractual agreements made once payment is taken by her company. Supplying no product and providing no refund is breaking the law
There may be a backlog of orders, the correct way to resolve this would be to cease taking new orders until this is caught up with. Not to continue launching new items on the website
I really hope my issue is resolved soon so I can put this matter to bed and never have to deal with this awful company ever again
I ordered in November and never received my items. The customer service is awful and I only received one email from them stating they would investigate the issue. Please do not buy from here, your money will be stolen!
Tried to be positive and give them the benefit of the doubt. I even trusted them to “resend” my eyeshadows that were “lost”. I wasted $80 and never got eyeshadows I ordered on December 22,2021. I got a response a couple of times but they always said they’d get back with me and never did. I don’t recommend this company. And hopefully you don’t get scammed like I did.
I ordered a custom palette and although their website says it takes up to 5 days for delivery, my order still has not arrived two and a half months later. I’ve tried to contact them so many times, via email, Instagram & TikTok but had zero response. I am so disappointed and I have not had a refund so I’m down £30 without the product I paid for. I would never ever buy from this company again, they are terrible and their customer service is dire. They could have at least refunded me, but instead they completely ignored all my messages.
I put an order in at the start of December. Never received it, emailed many times and got asked once for the order number then they never answered again. Emailed again and they said they’d be in touch within 48 hours and never got back to me. Then answered after weeks of messages on Instagram to say I’ll get a refund, didn’t get one and am now being ignored and having comments asking them to look at their dms deleted.

SCAM - as with multiple others I placed an order and it was never sent. Couldn’t get any shipping details, no response to emails etc and it’s been over 8 weeks now. Happy to take you’re money but then no communication afterwards…
IT’S A SCAM! Never got my order and never got any reply to my email. All my comments on the social media were deleted… can’t get my refund either, because I paid with my local bank, not Paypal. Don’t order from this liar!!!

I ordered an eyeshadow in early December 2021 and never received it. It’s now February 2022. I’ve sent instagram DM and multiple emails since and haven’t got a response. I don’t even want the eyeshadow anymore I just want a refund.

Yes, 110% think there's fake reviews on here because there's one that talks about amazing customer service, one about getting their second order, etc etc YET there's hundreds of negative ones stating the same thing as me.
I will shout SCAM until you prove otherwise. It's been 2.5 MONTHS since I ordered and NOTHING had been received. And you haven't responded to one email yet you can respond to my comments on here.
