Be careful with the 7 day trial period. I thought that I had requested to have my trial cancelled via email, but later found that I was being billed $250/month. I contacted support, but they were unwilling issue a refund or offer any other consolation even though I was not using the service. Granted this falls back on me for now being diligent to ensure this account was closed, but I'm obviously irritated for being charged for a service that did not use.
