They charged me US$249.00 after the trial week without any notice.
US$249.00 for using the platform a few times.
The tools, most are useless as are on Helium 10, and I didn't even have time to look at all of them.
I will probably use long term some of them, but to pay US$249.00/month is madness.

All in One Platform with Excellent Customer Service

I have been using ZonGuru for the last eight months. It helped me find my first product as a new seller, and I found it very easy to use. All the information is smartly summarised to enable you to make an informed decision. This is a consistent feature that I noticed across all its features, and it is a big plus for me. It is also very affordable for a starter to get on board. I only needed to upgrade after my products arrived and started the actual selling. The business dashboard is also excellent and brings all the information together. I faced an issue with the advertising cost for the video ads, and display ads were not synchronising between the seller central and my zonguru account as it is a new feature in Australia. Once I contacted customer services, they identified the issue and fixed it promptly in less than a week. So, taking action and sending it to the developers and applying the fix, testing it, and getting back to you with a solution in less than a week, is something that would make me feel that I am in safe hands.

My next wish for them is to integrate some automating PPC tool to have everything managed in one place.

Zonguru - love the dashboard

Zonguru, in particular the Dashboard, is one of the main reasons I've been able to scale my business so fast. I love the dashboard...at a glance I can see the amount of ppc sales and organic sales for the day, in an easy to read pie chart, sku by sku, or across all skus as a total. This is a game changer...love it.

ZonGuru Blackbelts in Service & Intel!

I suspect the ZonGuru team are all trained ninjas - at least in the art of Amazon intel if not after dark. They say you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear: Well, that's why I'm using the ZonGuru application to find a silk purse in the first place, coupled with a modern team who've got the communication skills & smarts on how to do just that. Thanks ZG team, expect to see me back for more good oil.

Disappointing & inflexible attitude

Unlike other every other subscription service I have, ZonGuru does NOT give any advance warning that your subscription is approaching its auto-renewal date. This would be respectful and courteous business practice and from my experience, is standard practice across other subscription services.

Unfortunately, ZonGuru took a very abrasive and inflexible approach when I asked for a refund for a service that I no longer have a use for. I asked for a refund on the same day my CC was charged, which was the renewal date, of which I did not receive a reply so I disputed this charge via my bank. If I had received an advanced notification, I would have cancelled my subscription before this date and I wouldn’t be writing this review.

This lack of advance notification by ZonGuru, along with a refusal to refund, gives off a deceptive vibe and which I feel brings into question their professionalism and values as an organisation.

The point isn't that their auto-renewal process is in their terms of service, as they like to point out and give as their reason to take money for something I'm not going to use, it's that they’ve treated me, a customer, with such arrogance and inflexibility. I don't experience this in my other business interactions.

ZonGuru’s response via my bank wasn't in the friendly tone you might read here; it is very harsh and abrasive. I assume my experience happens frequently because the message appeared to have sections copied and pasted - I was referred to as both "she" and "he" throughout and it was quite rude and dismissive.

I’m not interested in a response to this review that says this is done to ensure “uninterrupted service”, because it's people who don't use or want to pay for your service that don't need this. And I’m fully aware that I am responsible for what I sign for, but good business practice is also more “human” and flexible. I am so disappointed in this attitude and that ZonGuru don’t seem to have any problem taking money this way.

EDIT: ZonGuru’s response to my original review makes no sense - they have not read their records correctly. I cancelled my 2nd year subscription a few days after the 10th of June (the annual renewal date) not 2 months?? I did this after they did NOT reply to my email querying the annual charge for a 2nd year as I didn’t realise that was where I had to cancel it. There was definitely not a generous cancellation policy since I had already paid for a 12 months subscription which I am not disputing. It’s the second year renewal payment that they are refusing to refund. I don’t think ZonGuru has even read my complaint properly and it’s interesting that the only way I can communicate with them is via a review site? Really poor business practice. Let this be a warning to others.

We have a very generous refund policy and give users the ability to cancel at any time directly from their account as well as view upcoming payments. Unfortunately, as you were outside terms we were unable to provide a refund. As you can appreciate we must apply our policies consistently to ensure fairness for all subscribers. Our offer of additional free resources and support still stands if you ever want to give our tools another try.

Was working fine until it wasn't - Bad customer support

Was working fine until it wasn't - I was using Love-Hate, I had been able to use on single ASINs with >1000 reviews and then that stopped, completely messing up my project flow.

Customer support is really poor, takes ages to get a reply, they don't read what you have written so you have to wait again whilst you spell it out like you would for a child. A waste of 3 hours. No support on weekends.

There are plenty of Amazon tools out there with similar functionality, will not be using this again.

Take money even if you cancel

Signed up to there 7 day free trial, cancelled the subscription on day 3 as I think there are better systems out there. Message popped up when I cancelled that they would take no payment. I used my credit card so put a block on my card as I thought they may try to take payment. I was right they tried to take payment so contacted my card merchant stopped any further payments coming out. Look at other reviews on here you'll see that they will take payment after 7 days and apparently they won't refund the money.

To make sure our users have uninterrupted service we move trial subscribers onto paid plans if no cancelation is received. Users can of course cancel at anytime during the free trial without charge. The One Service I Can't Do Without. I've been using zonguru for two years…

I've been using zonguru for two years now, in all phases of product cycle and have found it to be absolutely indispensable. I have even abandoned a well known and very skilled PPC company in favour of the advice and strategies offered by zonguru. Their customer service responsiveness is second to none is my experience and no problem is too small or large for zonguru to help with. When it comes to selling on Amazon, it's the one company I can't do without.

I have been an Amazon seller for 4 years now and found Zonguru has changed with the industry to keep pace and exceed what others are doing.The dashboard is easy to navigate and I can do product research as well as monitor my KPIs and business value Outstanding service whenever I encounter an issue plus the ongoing trainings available .Its in my must have toolkit for Amazon.
