I bought some printer labels which I needed urgently, I bought from the UK because when I did a Search this company popped up with .co.uk, so I thought its a business with presence in UK and hopefully I will get the product next day as promised on their web site.. I then ordered 2 labels and paid £27+ via paypal to include next day delivery charge. After 5days I have not received the labels, I went online to contact their customers service online.. I connected to an online chat module, got connected to an agent.. I gave the agent my order number and explained the delay.. I was told to hold for a minute whilst my order and details is confirmed.. I waited for an hour, 2 hours and the whole day, this agent never got back to me and I have not received any email explaining the delay.
