A fantastic service. I need blue labels on a roll for my Dymo 450 Labelwriter. I don't exactly used a load of the stuff, but I had about 130 labels left and that would last me about 2 months. I thought it was time to order some more because to run out means I would be lost. (blue labels get recognised by Fujtsu scanner) and with a piece of Mac software called Hazel my scans are automatically filed away in their correct folder.

I need not have worried about the timeframe. I received the goods today 27th July 2017. That's 2 days after placing the order. From Holland to UK.

Whilst I know they are held in stock, to be able to get a delivery this quickly on what is truly a bespoke item is amazing. I couldn't get off the shelf white labels delivered from my local online supplier in the UK that quick.

10/10 for the product and the service.

Excellent website, good information since order and speedy delivery

We bought some labels for our Brother DL-570 label printer. The labels were described as white, but are a distinct yellow tint. Also the printer did not recognise the labels. They were on the shelf for a few months. We eventually bought a second holder to see if that was the issue. That came with no instructions, but we worked it out. Customer support identified we had a component missing from the label holder. They promised to send me one out. We got the printer working for now by adapting a proper Brother roll holder.

I placed a bulk order for address labels for a Brother QL-570. Great for the first roll and halfway through the second the feed stopped working.

I tried a new roll and found exactly the same problem. As we have multiple printers I then tried another two printers with the labels and again the labels will not feed.

I contacted Label Discounter (Zolemba) and although they were very polite, they were unwilling to send either a replacement roll, new universal holder or the transparent label identifier. Finally, I was informed:

"what we require is some pictures of the rolls for a check. Usually there is a problem with the label's backing hence both printers not responding to the label."

We have wasted enough time and money on these labels and don't really have time to mail pictures backwards and forwards. Surely their labels work or they don't. With labels tested on multiple printers and other (original) labels working okay the issue is limited to the labels supplied.

Anyway, while this was happening we switched to original Brother rolls and our printers are working normally. I will not be using Zolemba again. Their universal holder and transparent identifier is a neat solution but if the labels are sub-standard it is not a practical solution.

If anybody wants some paper doorstops...
