I’m extremely impress by the service 8 received from Paul and Christian. Christian had a lot of knowledge and patience. I had never heard of Zoe Financial, but saw their recommendation through Forbes and through some quick research on Google and Reddit I found nothing but positive reviews from both the customer and financial advisor side. I can say my experience would substantiate those reviews. Their initial online screening tool was pretty good, but what really set them apart was that I got a follow up phone call after completing the survey (from a number clearly labeled as being from Zoe Financial so I knew it wasn’t spam). In that call, I was able to provide a lot more detail on our situation and stage of life, and from that call got more personalized recommendations that ended up being absolutely spot on. Zoe provided great communication throughout the process, including checking in after our first call to see if the recommended advisor had been a fit and if our second call was still necessary. When we told them that we thought we found the fit, they canceled that second meeting for us. Overall their communication and professionalism throughout the whole experience was top-notch, and their personalized recommendation ended up being perfect for us. There is no way we would’ve found this advisor without them, and there is a level of reassurance knowing that screening has been provided for you from what appears to be a reputable source.

I did not even know where to start to find the advisor I needed for my situation. Paul with Zoe did a wonderful job asking me questions to gather all the necessary information to set me up with the right advisors to talk with. They were both a very strong match for my situation. Preston was on top of things sending meeting reminders with the zoom links for easy access and touching base after each meeting with the advisor to see how I felt. Those two made this process very easy and I am sure I am coming out with a better advisor than I would have ended up with if I did it on my own. I hope I am right and am ready to get started with the new advisor.

Zoe Financial has been an excellent resource. Paul found the perfect Financial Advisor for us and all the way through the process has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to.

We initially interviewed two companies. After the interviews, we carefully choose our financial partner. The implementation stage went well, however as we moved forward, the Financial Advisor did not respond to our repeated emails and calls. We contacted Paul at Zoe and he acted immediately. He apologized and explained this was not the expectation of their partners. He let us know we would get a full refund (we did). The same day he recommended another company and set up an appointment with them for the next week.

We met with the new company and felt comfortable with the Financial Advisor right away. We have been with the new company a little over 2 months and the fit is perfect. Paul knew us well enough to choose a Financial Advisor that met and exceeded our needs, saving us many hours of research and aggravation. We would not have found a Financial Advisor this good without Zoe. Zoe made the process easy and enjoyable – I would recommend their service to anyone looking for a Financial Partner.
