I’m very satisfied with the team’s work. Despite all the challenges of renting an apartment in Barcelona, we signed a lease within two weeks.
Moreover, we found a flat that was even cheaper than we had initially planned.
Most importantly, the team removed the key barrier — the language issue.
All agreements were fulfilled. I highly recommend.
The company does not provide most of the services listed on its website, and the ones provided are of poor quality. What they do is just fill you up with random links from idealista every day; barely 10% of their "findings" match your brief. All of the attempts to correct their filters are ignored. The only good job they do provide - they can arrange a visit to the desired property. After 1 month of "work", due to some polite criticisms of their "service", the owner just deleted the chat, Notion workspace with all the links and comments, and made a refund. The refund is worth 1 star of the rating.
Update after response:
1 - we've found an apartment with all the needed requirements without your help.
2 - you deleted the chat BEFORE issuing the refund
3 - we've contacted your staff BEFORE you issued the refund, and NOT with the purpose of continuing search, but to finish the work you dropped in the middle of the process.
4 - minding all the above, "very unethical act" is your response.

We were really frustrated and surprised by your feedback, especially knowing that we in fact worked on your case for more than a month - 1.5 months, to be precise.
After three weeks of searching, we informed you that we were unlikely to find a property matching your brief and budget, as no such property is currently on the market. You advised us to continue the search without any compromise to your requirements, despite knowing the market was not offering what you wanted.
It is not accurate to say we randomly sent links from Idealista. We searched all possible public resources as well as off-market listings, and we proposed the properties that best matched your criteria. In total, we managed to arrange around 10 viewings for you.
We deleted all chats and the Notion page after issuing the refund and closing the work. However, you then attempted to contact our employee directly (a very unethical act) to continue the service independently, which is unacceptable to us.

UPD: Maxim, that is not true. We deleted the chats only after informing you of our decision to terminate the service and issuing a full refund. The delay was solely due to the banking transaction processing time. We did not delay any other action. We are glad you found a good apartment. Good luck!

The platform also offered additional resources, such as guides on lease agreements and tenant rights, which were incredibly useful for a first-time renter like me. I was straggling to find something in Madrid, but Zipple helped a lot. Well done!
