Absolutely delighted with the support we got from Keatings selling our 4 bed house in Brixton.

We had a torrid time of it with a complete pain in the butt set of buyers - the chain collapsed, they then tried gazundering us when they found buyers and were back on again. Throughout the whole process Robbie Halliday and Lewis Carpenter were calm, reassuring and extremely professional in maintaining momentum, holding the buyers in check and getting us over the line. Viewings were managed through Whatsapp, keeping everyone in the loop, and the whole process was done with good humour from an excellent team. Can't rate them highly enough, and am pushing all my friends in their direction whenever possible!

My son and his mates rent through Keating Estates. Moved in in March 25 and at the time of writing (End June 25), no window coverings have been installed (imagine the heat!). Also an ongoing problem with the boiler (everything off but radiators still hot) and issue with kitchen extractor fan. Obvious staffing issues at Keatings and left and right hand are uncoordinated.

Keatings, if you'd like more than 2 stars sort these problems ASAP please. Not good enough.

Do not use these guys if you can avoid them.

Have had an awful experience with the Brixton office. They insisted on sending over a deposit before signing a rental contract, despite us insisting this was illegal.

We have now moved out, over two months ago, our deposit was not placed in a protection scheme, though they said it would be, and it has still not been returned despite us agreeing to some charges several weeks ago. Apparently the person who does this is on holiday.

They charged us for a professional clean, although the flat was not clean when we moved in (we had proof), we had already paid for one on moving out, and the new tenants have already moved in so not sure exactly when they're planning on doing this clean.

Keating estates team is very professional and well organised. We have been dealing with them for more than 10 years and we have only good things to say about them. They make appointments, they follow through with the feedback at every steps. Recommend highly.
