Placed my first order last week, unfortunately i had some wet dog food damaged, i emailed them with photos as evidence and within an hour they had replied, offered a refund for the damaged products and sent replacements which arrived less than 24 hours after our last correspondence. Outstanding customer service care from Kris. Would absolutely order again. Highly recommend these guys
