A really good experience. I have been using Direct Ear Care for a few years now and having my ears cleared very effectively. I can't say enough about how well I am looked after. The ear specialist is very professional and personable. Thank you.

Great from start to finish. I'd booked online for a 15-minute free hearing check but I was fairly sure that the problem was blockage due to ear wax. Ibrahim checked and showed me the images from inside my ears showing the blockage. I'd been expecting to have to come back at a later date but he offered to clear them there and then. He explained everything he was going to do and afterwards showed me the images which showed a clear path to the ear drum. He then gave me a hearing check which, I'm pleased to say, showed I have very good hearing (for a 70-year old). He wasn't by a long way the nearest audiologist to home but it was well worth the extra miles. When I left the building it was like walking into a different world!

I rang up on a Saturday hoping to get an appointment asap. My daughter pretty much could not hear. We had been to the doctors on the Thursday. Fitted my daughter in that afternoon. Extremely lovely man , very patient with her. He explained everything along the way as to what he was doing. Cleaned her ears, which were loaded with old wax. A different child walked out of the room after having it done. Made her realise how long she had not been hearing properly for. Highly recommend Direct Ear Care.

I've been having ear wax removal by suction for about 8 years now at various practitioners but I have to say that Ibrahim's service was second to none. The location was nice and quiet (before and after wax removal!) despite being at the level crossing in Bamber Bridge. I never felt a thing whereas in past I have had some pain. So Direct Ear Care is definitely highly recommended.

I was made to feel at ease, and everything was explained to me in detail, and the procedure was quite straightforward, and I was assured that my ears had successfully been cleared.

Went in completely deaf in left ear, and turns out both were actually blocked. A great service and came out hearing great. Worth every penny and Ibrahim is a really nice guy. No pain and can now hear perfectly again, wish I’d gone weeks ago!

My mum has dementia, and getting her to appointments can be very hit and miss as she often declines to leave the house.
Ibrahim has visited her twice over the last two years as she has been struggling with increased deafness and some symptoms ( including dizziness)
Ibrahim is amazing. Professional, kind and highly efficient. Also amazing value for money. He manages to keep my mum happy , which can be somewhat of a tall order these days.

Verry nice guy who did the removal of my ear wax.hard to find the place in Penwortham as it was done in the dentists room and I wasn't aware of that.painless procedure,tho I would recommend you soak your ears a fortnight b4 your appointment to make life easier. I had sore ears for 2 days but no problem.it did make my tinitus worse for 3 days until thing's settled down.
