I really am supprised at the quality and the distance it has traveled.
My husband is like a child at christmas. Put it straight up on the wall.
He looked at the LOTR’s map with more love, then he did at me on our wedding day 😂
I did get nervous at one point, when the tracking didnt update for a week. Was worried I wouldnt get it, but then all of the sudden was in the UK and deliverd a day early.
I would deffo order again in the future

This map has become the centerpiece of our room! I got it for my husband, and his reaction was priceless. He was honestly speechless. Now every time he watches Lord of the Rings, he follows the path.

And the quality is just incredible! I read a bunch of reviews before ordering, so I knew it would be good, but I didn't expect it to be THIS good. It looks even better in person. Couldn't be happier with it!

The product is spot on as a house warming gift for my sons new home. It is beautiful and very detailed. The one issue was not being able to track it. I had the number but it would not work. Not the companies issue I believe so it does not affect my 5 star rating.

A shipping issue occurred at my local post office, preventing me from collecting the package. When I informed ZeWood of this, they offered to send a new unit. I was able to get the postal service to comply in the end but ZeWood had no hesitation in offering to resend the unit. On arrival the hand mechanism was damaged due to handling and ZeWood sent the replacement parts swiftly a d without any issues. These things happen and ZeWood were more than willing to assist at their cost in both instances. Product is of a high quality and exactly as described and advertised.

Very bad customer service. I already ordered 3 clocks on this website and if your clock arrives safely, it is really lovely. However, if you receive a damaged clock, Zewood simple refuses to do anything... their argument : "the clock is working, so it cannot apply to any return or customer service". When you buy a 130 euros, originaly priced at a 300 euros, we don't expect to only have a working clock! Otherwise, I would buy a 10 euros clock on any website ! After many endless email exhanges, they offered me a 10 euros refund that I never got or a discount that was less than any codes they already applied on their website for everybody ! I also tried to use my Paypal garantee and they still refused to do a return ! Even when Paypal forced them, I had to pay the return fees which were too expensive ! I now have a 130 clock completly scratched on the glass and it looks aweful ! I have never experienced such a bad customer service and it really scares me to order again !

When I ordered it I had difficulty finding where to add the personalization. I sent an email to which I did receive a response but by then I had found a way, I thought to have the personalization added. The original order # was 21384 an 8x10 map of Hyrule....I then ordered (#21385) a birthday personalization which I was charged and paid for. I specifically mentioned that it was to be added to order # 21384. This never occurred. The map is beautiful but it is for our son's 40th birthday and a personal note would have completed it.

Update: I heard directly from the company who were very helpful in offering options to rectify my problem. A miscommunication which was handled very professionally and quickly. I would definitely order from them again.

I ordered this as I am huge fan of both Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings (Middle Earth). My first order was the Weasley Clock, which I love and its now hanging in my kitchen, this time I chose the illuminated Middle Earth map, and its now hanging on my landing (with a smart plug to turn it on and off daily at set times). My brother in law has relatives in Ukraine and Ukranian heritage.
The map is fantastic, beautifully made and I am constantly stopping by when crossing the landing to look up details from the books and films. It is well worth getting the map and with the high details and layered contours and depth it just brings it alive.
I am so glad I bought this and it is the focal point in my home.

This is a stunning product, I feel so lucky to own the Weasley clock and it looks amazing with the rest of my hp collection. I absolutely love the new clock they just brought out too!!! The only concern is the time frame from when it was bought to when it was shipped. I received multiple email notifications that were contradicting. I believe simple and cleaner communication will be best.

I am absolutely blown away with the quality of this item. My son is a huge Harry Potter fan and his graduating college next week. He will absolutely love the clock. The workmanship on it is extraordinary shipping did take a little longer than expected, but it is coming all the way from Ukraine so definitely plan for that. I look forward to purchasing something else from you in the future.
