I love the playpen and the way you can convert it to the shape and size you need. I currently have it in an L shape to fit my living room. The door broke after not having it very long and Zety sent me a replacement door almost immediately. They then followed up to make sure it fixed the problem. Great customer service and product!

Excellent company and excellent products! Their customer service has been so helpful when we needed to expand our playzone and when we had some issues with parts.

The playpen itself is wonderful, but I recently reached out to Customer Service for a replacement gate after ours broke and the process was seamless. Incredibly quick response from the company & put a new gate piece in the mail to us right away. Amazing.

We LOVE our solid wood playpen and have used it nearly every day for the past year! It provides a safe, fun space for our toddler to play, and I love that the panels can be customized to fit our space. Not to mention, it’s probably the best-looking playpen out there!

I’m also thrilled with Zety’s customer service. When one of our panels broke after a year of heavy use, they sent us a FREE replacement the very next day! Such a great product and a wonderful company. Highly recommend!

We love the playpen! We our first child used it for a while and it held up well. We kept it in storage, moved - then seemed to have lost a few of the connectors. When we had our second child, Zety was able to help us get replacement connectors so we could use the playpen again for our second child. Great products and support!

We bought a large playpen from Zety and have been really impressed with both the quality of the product and the ease of putting it together! Everyone in our family loves it! This product is something we use all the time since becoming parents. We enjoy the quality of the play pen and how easy it was to get to customer service. Our toddler broke the door and connecting pieces and we were able to get a replacement quickly! I will be sure to let all my friends know about this play pen!

I purchased a Zety Playpen on Amazon and encountered an issue where the loaded spring in the door fell out which didn’t allow my playpen door to fully stay shut. I reached out to customer support asking for advise on how to repair the door or get a replacement part and was met with extreme customer service from Tyler. He explained to me that the door is manufactured differently since I originally purchased it and shipped me a replacement panel so I could get my playpen back to its original state and prevent the issue from reoccurring. I was really grateful for Zety’s approach on remedying the situation with such ease. I’d highly recommend Zety products as their team stands by their quality and customer satisfaction

I liked the product and it was a perfect gift. I ordered it online and the only glitch was that there was no way to have it sent to an address other than mine. When I reached a person by phone the next day, it was handled. You might consider fixing it - I'm sure I'm not the only one ordering a baby gift for someone in another state!
