I received the jewelry and It wasn't at all what I expected. Customer service does not exist.

I received the jewelry and It wasn't as described in the pictures. The clasp is broken on a piece of the jewelry. I sent MULTIPLE emails on how to return and get a refund 4 to be exact. I'm still waiting on a response.

I wish I could give less than 1 star

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I purchased jewelry from VM 4/16. There is no current tracking info available for my order. I have sent multiple emails to the company demanding my money back and they tell me to be “patient” it will show up. Do not purchase from this sham company.

If I could give a negative star I…

If I could give a negative star I would. They only get a one star because that’s the lowest available. I placed an order in April, it is now June and I have not received my order. The tracking worked for a moment and it’s no longer active. I have reached out to the company on several occasions asking for a refund and they REFUSED to give me one. They stated that they reshipped it order out. I expressed how I DID NOT want the them anymore. It was no longer warranty. The event I was needing it for has come and long gone now. They are still giving me the run around. DO NOT ORDER FROM
THEM. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER NOR YOUR MONEY.

Order from April not arrived, refusing refund

I placed an order in April that still has not arrived and it is now June. I have emailed the company multiple times asking for tracking information and they keep telling me that my package is en route but they cannot provide me with a tracking number. According to their system now my package was delivered (it was not) and yet they still cannot provide me with a tracking number. How can they possibly know if it was delivered if they don't have tracking information? I have emailed multiple times asking either for a refund or for tracking information and they keep telling me they "have contacted the right department and will get back to me" but nothing comes with it and they refuse to give me a refund. Do not under any circumstance buy from this company.

Cheap and arrived tangled

Jewelry took several weeks to arrive and was tangled. After hours of trying to get the pieces untangled I contacted customer service. Their response was, ‘sorry, we understand that’s frustrating’. They did absolutely nothing to assist. Further, the chains are cheap and look nothing like the pictures.

Hi, thank you for flagging this, and I'm sorry on two counts: your order arrived tangled and not looking like what you ordered, and then our team left you to sort it out with a "sorry, that's frustrating" and no actual help. That is not good enough, and it's on us.

Weeks late and tangled is not how a piece should reach you. Every VM piece is also covered for life, so I'd like to send you a fresh piece properly packaged and checked, at no cost to you.

UPDATE: I emailed the address that was provided below and it was returned undeliverable. SCAM!

Terrible quality and terrible customer service. The website says easy returns, but when I tried to return the jewelry because it was not the quality I expected, they told me it was going to be $30-$50 in shipping to return.
