Zen Maitri Recensioni

My son bought me a consultation voucher for Christmas and what a great present it turned out to be since I cannot praise Zen Maitri enough! The first impression you get from the ambience of the studio is one of calm. The two ladies I met were absolutely delightful and made me feel very special. The thoroughness of the consultation together with expert product knowledge left me feeling very confident that my problem will be, if not solved, then at least, helped. I look forward to an ongoing relationship with them and wholeheartedly recommend them.

This is the best place for alternative medicine located in the heart of Chiswick. They are very professional and friendly and alwayd make you feel at home. I regularly use their immunity tincture which has supported my health throughout the pandemic and even after it.

Sara is a wonderful person and herbalist. With her professional but kind approach she really takes her time to find the root cause of the health problem. I can't recommend her enough if you need some support but want to go the natural path.

I have been able to work with Zen for a good two years now and have recently started consultations with one of the Herbal practitioners. I was given a comfortable amount of time to express my health and well-being concerns and it wasn’t just about health, she really wanted to understand the whole me. I was thereafter given a protocol to implement into my daily routines and lifestyle pointers too. You get to choose what form of herbal products you want to try and so far I have seen a huge benefit to the gut health concerns and anxiety too. Amazing follow ups and I am able to ask for adjustments too.

Ive been working with one of Zen Maitri’s herbalists for 2 weeks and I’ve had very positive results. Very professional service and top Quality herbs.

I really liked your products it really works very well.before this i have use yogihealthplus tinctures that was also effective.

Zen Maitri has literally been life changing for me. I was recommended by my sister who had a great experience of the team. My medical herbalist Sara has been nothing but amazing. From my initial consultation right through my follow up reviews. Having struggled with a medical condition for months, my condition was really getting me down as I didn’t know the diagnosis or cause. Dr Sara attentively took me through my medical history and we found a cause and through then a bespoke treatment plan was made. I’ve been on my prescription for 2 months now and it’s honestly life changing. My health has dramatically improved. Zen Maitri is the best hands down. I would recommend to everyone. Thank you once again Dr Sara

Meditation at Zen Maitri with teacher Laurent Roure

I enjoyed several meditation sessions offered by Zen Maitri. These sessions are taught by Laurent Roure and are available on line using Zoom. They last approximately one hour starting with some general relaxation techniques followed by meditation using the breath as an anchor point. The relaxation techniques consisting of gentle stretching and twisting movements are similar in each session but breathing techniques are varied and flexible to suit individual preference and ability. The teacher Laurent Roure has a wealth of experience and knowledge of meditation techniques and is able to create a relaxed and informal environment that encourages mindfulness. He has a friendly and open manner that helps to keep the atmosphere relaxed.

As a participant one can choose the Zoom settings (video/ audio) that suit you, so one can decide whether to remain visible and audible to the group or not. Once the session is underway the teacher mutes all participants.

At the outset, an hour seems almost too long for such a exercise but I was surprised how quickly the time passed. This is an excellent way of meditating and learning meditation techniques especially in the current circumstances where travelling to and participating in ‘live’ meetings is difficult.

Zen Maitri has become my official go-to place for all things holistic health and I have referred friends and family here too. From speaking with the director Jaideep to being passed on to my consultant Sara, I've had an in-depth personal experience. My hand has been held all through my journey.

I've been prescribed medication that has helped severe abdominal pains that traditional healthcare had no solution for. I was just boxed under 'PCOS' event though it was not an official diagnosis. I've seen my health and self-esteem rise to the point that I am truly happy because it has been a very tough year also with unexplainable weight gain.

My hormones have regulated, I have since lost weight naturally and my pain has heavily subsided. Diet alongside the recommended medication, exercise and meditation has truly liberated me.

Customer service is A1 and they are genuinely nice and very cool people!

Sara has been an amazing! I required help with low mood, focus, gut health & hormonal support and Sara was brilliant in her efforts to support me and find a tincture remedy that worked. She was patient and listened. A super service! I also purchase their teas & essential oils. Great service and people, I'd highly recommend!

Zen Maitri is my regular go to apothecary. The herbalists are very knowledgeable and helpful. They look after the needs of the individual. through prescribing specific herbal remedies. The rose teas are always a treat as well as healing as they include the herbs for a specific purpose.

I absolutely love all their products.
I was gifted a hamper as a new mother and I only used these products, from nappy rash cream to self care products like the bath salts, candles, teas... I felt confident using them on my new born, as it was all from the best natural ingredients.
Using all their products feels like I am investing in more self-love and care.
The sales staff and consultants are super professional, and the in-depth consultation they do to create bespoke tinctures, teas and other products, is just incredible. I have not felt the care and personalization in service and products anywhere else.
Thank you Zen Maitri. You are truly my ‘go to’ place for EVERYTHING health and well being.

Zen Maitri and their team have been (still) of great support for my health and my wellbeing.
After years of looking for the right products helping me to combat some of my issues, in Zen Maitri, I have now found some relief. The team is knowledgeable, compassionate, supportive- it is always a huge pleasure to visit this beautiful little store. Thank you Zen Maitri!

Zen Maitri products are amazing! From the wonderful hair oil to the tinctures and natural antibacterial sprays, each made with the best quality ingredients. I’m keen to try more products, but I already have a sense that this place has well-being at its heart!

Zen Maitri helped me a lot with my allergies (hay fever in particularly), where normal medicine could not. They provided me with super efficient tinctures and teas, the effect was very quick.
They also followed my wellbeing with consultations, this is a good way to take care of our health.

I have my follow-on consultations done over zoom, and they fly the products out to me by courier halfway around the world. Need I say more?? The Zen Maitri team have helped sort me out through PPE-induced eczema with a gentle moisturiser, as well as through my pregnancy with herbal tea and most recently, a post-partum bath soak. Everything they create is just gorgeous and the Zen Maitri team are warm and knowledgeable. The store is a true gem where you feel known which is a rare thing in London!
