Expensive but very high quality
Pro Magnesium 4.
I was looking to find another supplier for my Magnesium supplements.
Quality and the types of Magnesium complex used, is what instigated the change.
After a lot of research I settled upon The Swallow Company. They are certainly a premium price compared to the market, but one of the few who had the actual recommended mixed types of Magnesium in the correct dosages.
I must admit my sleep pattern has improved, but difficult to assess other benefits at the moment.
In summary, if quality over price is what you are looking for, these are for you.

I bought the Pro Magnesium 4 capsules after doing some research about magnesium to help with sleep. I can honestly say I am absolutely made up with them. I take 2 capsules roughly about 2 hours before I go to bed and they definitely work. Since taking them I have had the best night's sleep, than I have in years and no grogginess the next day. My older son also takes them too and definitely can feel the difference. I can highly recommend.

3 months worth sent monthly!
Although I think the vegan supplements are good I was surprised to be charged for a 3 months’ supply every month.
I messaged the company and chatted with someone (maybe AI.. not sure) who said that I asked for a monthly delivery. I did… but assumed my paid for 3 months’ supply would be a month’s worth delivered fresh every month. A reasonable assumption to make given that there are no preservatives etc in the tablets.
As a new batch was en route I was told I could send them back if I didn’t want them. I would have liked to have the opportunity to amend my subscription but this wasn’t offered, so I have cancelled.

Vitamin tablets review
The vitamin tablets arrived promptly and safely as they had been well packaged. As I have only been taking them for a week it's too early to say how good they are but I saw they came out well in a couple of surveys and contain everything I was looking for.
