Took time longer than expected but the wait was worth it.
Really happy to actually hit on these and was positively surprised by the overall quality of the pair. Will definitely try and enter for further additional models in the future.

Die Idee vom perfekt gefertigten Schuh mit originellem einzigartigem Design ist super. Die Realität war bei mir erst bei einem Nachdruck der Fall. Das erste paar war zu klein, aber nach einem kurzem Mailverkehr mit dem Support wurde mir kostenlos ein grösseres passendes Paar gesendet. Tolle Firma & guter Support.

I love the concepts and the Nike…

I love the concepts and the Nike collab. I think the design and the execution is fantastic. My only issue is for international customers(for example: me, Canada) the time it took from raffle being won to actually delivery was too long. I believe 7 business days should be the max.

Zellerfeld Customer Service 1A

Ich habe im Dezember meine Schuhe auf Zellerfeld mit „Maßfertigung“ geordert. Scan war sehr einfach und nach vier Wochen ist das Paar auch angekommen. Leider war die Passform trotz Scan nicht richtig (zu klein und zu eng), sodass ein angenehmes Tragen leider nicht möglich war. Durch die Option den Customer Service zu kontaktieren, war ich aber doch ermutigt mein Anliegen zu melden. Diese Erfahrung war wirklich toll! Sehr schnelle Antworten und die tolle Hilfsbereitschaft von Emily und Nicolai haben dann die Frustration sehr schnell gemindert und mir eine tolle Alternative angeboten. Habe mir jetzt wieder ein Paar bestellt

Die Übersetzung beim Bestellvorgang ins Deutsche ist schlecht

Zunächst war ich überrascht, dass die Bestellseite auf Englisch ist.
Die Übersetzung ins Deutsche funktioniert nicht richtig.
Dadurch sind die Abfragen teilweise nicht verständlich. Für ältere Menschen, die sich passgenaue Schuhe wünschen, ist der Bestellvorgang dann schwierig. Momentan bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob mein Bestellvorgang überhaupt abgeschlossen ist. Mal sehen, wie es dann bei einem Widerruf läuft.
