Crappy shoes!
I would never buy another pair of shoes from this company. I purchased sandals and first time wearing them they were so slippery. I am a senior citizen and can not risk a fall. I contacted this company, they are horrible to deal with they do not care about your problem. It's your problem!! All they say is it is not a manufacturing issue , well they made these shoes and will do nothing for you. Do yourself a big favor go some where else. I paid $83.00 for these shoes and now will throw them in the garbage! These shoes are made like crap! BEWARE!!!!!

The safety and comfort of our customers are incredibly important to us, so we were very concerned to hear that your new sandals feel too slippery to wear.
Because these were purchased through one of our retail partners, their specific return and exchange policies apply. Since the 14-day return window has passed and the sandals do not have a manufacturing defect, we unfortunately cannot bypass their system to process a direct return or exchange from our end.
I know this is incredibly frustrating, especially since the shoes are brand new, and I am truly sorry we can't offer a different outcome. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will share your feedback about the soles with our product design team

I have 6 pairs of Le Artiste shoes and sandals. I especially love the jeweled heels and velcro strap. because it's easier for me to put the shoes on and look fashionable. Additionally, the design work on all the shoes is very eye catching. The shape and stability of the heels is especially good for me at age 72. All the shoes look like gorgeous sculptures, and I am completely in love with them. I plan to order more as new designs become available.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes only to have…
I ordered 2 pair of shoes only to have one pair canceled by you all and that was very disappointing. The pair I did receive was very comfortable and that made the cancellation of my second pair even more disappointing. I do not usually pay this much money for a pair of shoes much less pay for shipping but I did this time and I don’t really feel like it was worth it.
