The five stars is not for fit, but everything else
The five stars is not for the current level of shoe fit, but I didn't want to take away a star even though the fit needs improvement. The reason I kept 5 stars is that the quality, innovation, and support communication is all exceptional. It's difficult to create something new and nail expectations, especially when you are being judged on difficult to predict and quantify criteria plus technology limitations. Overall, I'm very impressed with the quality and innovation, and I'm interested to see how they can improve design and process to custom tailor something that meets each customers expectations. A challenging construct but they are already doing quite well and I can't wait to see what they accomplish in the future!

did not last 6 months. broke in multiple places
I will not buy these $150 slides. They are not worth it. Mine did not last 6 months. it started breaking from multiple places. I wrote to them and they said that they will make a note of it and will make sure their newer products are more durable. That is all BS.
will not touch this product anymore.

I like the concept of 3D printed shoes BUT
I like the concept of 3D printed shoes. Things to improve on would be better measurements especially length of shoe as mine came out a full size and a half longer than my actual measurements, better arch support and side measurements of feet, and more color options. Please keep improving and good work!

Incredible Customer Service
I had an issue where I felt that I wasn't treated as well as I could've been as a Beta teaster for Zellerfeld shoes. After reaching out and getting a very prompt response from a worker named Emily, they made me feel very appreciated as a customer.
The products may be a little different and may not be for everyone, but I do believe this is an trustworthy business with customer service that other brands should try and emulate.

Der Fussscan war schnell gemacht. Die Lieferung der Schuhe erfolgte dann auch noch schneller als angekündigt und die Schuhe passen wie maßgeschneidert. Sehr nettes Supportteam. Von mir eine absolute Weiterempfehlung!
