The tracking system didn’t work too well and since there was no action for a long time I canceled the order and then I suddenly started getting notifications and even then it didn’t tell me it was the steam iron I was left wondering what was this that I ordered?

I purchased a travel steamer for approximately $50.00. The video showed the steamer, in one pass, with high intensity steam, perfectly steaming an garment. I ordered the steamer, and after following the directions, tried to steam an item. The steamer did not work as advertised. It made water marks on my garment. It took many many passes in order to basically iron, not steam the garment. It was a complete disappointment. When I tried to return it, I was offered $4.00 so that I could keep the item. The company went up to $13.00 to keep the item. I don't want the item. It doesn't work. This was a fraudulent ad and I'm extremely disappointed in this company.

I ordered two sets of ear buds. The first set doesn't charge and the quality on both is muffled, very poor. The language translation is provided thru speaker and not in the headset earpiece/private. I contact the seller about a refund but have not heard back.

If there was a ZERO star rating, thats what they would get from me. I ordered little magnetic vases and what do you know, nothing arrived. "Tracking" was provided for about 30 days and then disappeared...the tracking is falsified...WOW! Once again, read the reviews before ordering ANYTHING from this site. Horrible, horrible "company". I requested a refund, didn't get much from them. After 60+ days, still haven't seen my money nor the order. BUYERS BE WARE!

The item they advertised looked like a crochet blanket. Is advertised as a blanket. It is a very thin piece of polyester. Very small. Cost 39 dollars. They said it would cost more to return it so they offered me $3 then when I complained they offered me $6. Their comment is that they sent what was ordered.
