Zayian Recensioni

I’m having a terrible experience! The product showed up and didn’t look anything like the image on the website. When I emailed them to return the product they wouldn’t send me a shipping label or return instructions. I mailed it back to them which cost me an additional $100. In shipping fees. I’m still waiting for you to credit my credit card back asap!!

Do not order from these guys! I bought a faucet from them. The mixer was broken on arrival and the back ring did not fit. I contacted Ilyas on several occasions and he said that ‘he is finding a solution’. It has now been 2 months and they have still not sent me a new part or refunded my money. In addition, the company is now no longer responding to my emails.

The order was delayed at customs, and I received very good support from the Zayian team in trying to resolve the issues. Thank you

Great product and easy, quick communication.

I received my gorgeous kitchen rail! The quality and look is exactly what I was searching for. Thank you so much.

I am very pleased with this beautiful link. The customer service was top notch. The shipping was quick and the product was well protected. I would buy their products without hesitation.

Matériaux de bonnes qualités, l'éclairage est confortable

We love our handmade sink!! It’s beautiful and exactly what we wanted. It was wrapped carefully and shipped quickly.

There was a production delay, but this was quickly rectified and the service from Zayian was excellent.

They never sent my item! I reached out to customer service and haven’t heard back

We are a design build company and our first purchase from Zayian was two faucets. One faucet was supposed to swivel. It did not. The sprayer did not mix hot and cold water, which is odd. Parts were missing! Our construction manager and a plumber say one of the two faucets was used. Our more than seven attempts to discuss a return of the faucets were ignored. They do not stand by their products and their products are junk.

Zayian now replies to Trustpilot that they are interested in helping. Don't believe it. We had an inordinate amount of communication back and forth. They were not willing to help.

Exceptional quality and customer service. Prompt kind responses, And a strong desire to please the customer. I've order 2 of these sinks and plan to order a third. My clients love them as much as I do. I look forward to working with Zayian in the future!
