ZappySys - Outstanding Support
We've been using ZappySys ODBC for years. Very helpful and fairly easy to use for some custom integrations. Just had an exceptional support experience with Pankaj where we worked through a non-standard XML issue. Lots of documentation, but was able to share a screen and work through it together.

Makes development fast and simple
I've been using ZappySys for over 6 years now, and it just makes development faster. I love it so much that I introduced it to my current company. It is very straightforward to use and makes API integrations faster to complete with the plug-and-play. The logging and parsing are fantastic for spot-checking the package and data. I'm definitely a champion of the ZappySys product.

A must have ETL tool
We've been using ZappySys for 6months to exchange data with an XML WebService, and it's now become a must have tool with all our ETL projects. Choosing ZappySys has proved to have been a better decision over other evaluated solutions including in-house development, as it has provided consistent streamlined supported ETL processes for us. We had a chance to use ZappySys for support, and Pankaj Patel proved to be a great resource with a support resolution that could only be found from someone who has a solid understanding of both SSIS and ZappySys - thank you ZappySys.
