I had a great experience with compsource! Unfortunately, I had an issue with their site, which happens... I Called their customer service, got right through without hold time, spoke to Jordan, got my order placed, and the order showed up the next day! They shipped it the same day I placed the order!

Overall, if you're looking for computer parts, this is a great place to get them. Reasonable prices (Although the site is a bit dated), and all of the stuff you'd expect.

Jordan was super helpful, great dude as well!

No issues at all. Ordered a Sapphire 7900 XTX 11322-01-40G, Got an email from Jordan with a tracking number, came a day earlier than expected shipped Fed Ex, and is perfect (well packed, sealed, etc as expected). No problems 1st time using them and ordering a $1000 video card. I'll be using them again in the future. Thanks!

Our printer for work/home/business recently broke and this company popped up while searching for the type of printer I was specifically looking at. I wanted to add the tray and connector for the amount of prints we will be running however, a competitor offered it at a lower price. I called and spoke with a gentleman who had answers right away, which I appreciate, he mentioned that I had to buy the item and the difference will be credited thru their 3rd party Trust Guard. I purchased the items along with the express $4.99 processing fee and submit a claim for the competitor pricing with Trust Guard. If everything works out, I look forward to making this company my new go to for all future purchases not only for pricing but for customer service along with letting everyone else I know bring business to this company as well.

Don't waste your time, joke company. Took a risk because the price shown was slightly cheaper, waited 2 days for a confirmation of order, nothing, checked their order tracking, still nothing. So i had to message them on the site..they told me the order was cancelled because my shipping address wasnt the same as my billing address. Huh?! Hahah, i live in a building that uses Fetch delivery service so all packages get shipped to their sorting facility then delivered. As if they makes a difference, peoples billing address doesn't also match where they want an item shipped..what archaic system is this? Haha...and not a single notification to let me know of this..guess i was just supposed to wait and wonder huh? And the cherry on top when I advised the chat agent how much of a joke their system is, i was just greeted with a " :) "...ok Champ well...heres your review :)

Scam company, I read reviews that they cheated, but I still took the risk to buy. And I was deceived like many buyers. It was written that there are 24 items left. I waited 10 days to order the product and it was canceled. And now the website shows that there are no products. I lost a lot of precious time and had to buy in another online shop. I do not recommend buying from this online store, you will lose a lot of time and your mood will be spoiled.

Ordered a mini fridge. A few days later I get a email saying that the shipping charge of $44 was not correct according to the size and weight of the fridge and if I wanted it I would have to pay an additional $46. After talking with the sales rep I was pretty much told there was nothing they can do. This is the company's fault. They they do not know what to charge for shipping. I was told the initial $44 was just an "estimate". They were not willing to waive our even split the difference of the additional shipping cost. I will never shop with them.

I was talking to some staff at CompSource, everyone is very welcoming and helpful. Plus, they have always had the LOWEST price for any product I have bought.
