This proxy service is wonderful! She is very communicative about her timing and is very patient, she also will answer any questions you have about shipping. I don't know what the previous reviewer before me with the one star review did wrong, he probably didn't listen to this seller's terms and got butthurt over it. Too bad for him, more merch for us!

Her shipping prices are an absolute joke, you’ll pay 15 quid shipping and then on the parcel you receive it’ll clearly state it was worth 3.70

Her prices are beyond inflated you’re better buying merch from Japan proxy sites, I started buying from nekoyo and anything she’s selling is a 10th of the price on proxy sites

Uk sites like dekai anime and gamersheek are much cheaper and in my experience much faster than she is

She’s also very unprofessional in how she handles customers posting any small conflict on her stories looking sympathy from her fans

Overall I don’t recommend this store and wish I never bought from her again after the first transaction

YYK is one of the best places to get merchandise at reasonable prices and speedy delivery! Never had an issue with orders and they’re very helpful if you need help or have questions. Highly recommend following their instagram and turning notifs on!

Not the first time i have ordered from YYKawaii and very happy with the items i have ordered. Everythings packed safe and they have been super easy to contact and order from the getgo!. Definately would reccomend for anyone preordering and looking for anime merch as has made it so much easier to get them items which you dont typically find in the UK. For a very reasonable price. I'll be ordering from them again for sure !

I ordered the 1/7 Klee figure from her once she had them in stock again. Invoice was sent after a few hours and the delivery was super quick, no issues whatsoever, it was packaged perfectly and Klee is in tact. The box was a bit damaged in the upper right corner but that’s expected when it’s being shipped from China to the UK so no fault of hers. Overall Klee is in perfect condition and the delivery was quick, super happy with my purchase and will definitely order from her again. :)

Yikes. I wish I had read these reviews before buying from them.

I had an open order with them and they just sent one of my items without closing the order, so I paid $15 shipping for a $10 item.

When I messaged them about it they basically blamed me for it and said I was supposed to remind them that it was an open order. You would think a business would keep track of their inventory and orders.

But they offered to pay for the difference in shipping when sending out the rest of my order and, at the time, I figured things were solved.

The next day they message me to let me know that they actually didn't have my items and had sent everything to someone else with "the same name"... So at this point, they tell me they can reorder a few of the items back, which will take a while, but one of them is unavailable. Then they offered, as an alternative, a refund on the missing items. Since I wouldn't be able to get everything I ordered to begin with, I accepted the refund.

But, of course, they didn't refund the shipping on the first shipment and, because it's been a while since I placed this order, I also lost money due to the exchange rates. This would've been ok if I had been the one to decide I didn't want what I ordered anymore, and my fault. But I only took a refund because my items were sent to someone else.

When I contacted them about the situation, I let them know that I had an issue with the initial shipment and would like a refund on that too, especially considering the money I lost because of their mistake. The entire time I was nothing but polite to them and, because I had read some of the reviews by then, I made an extra effort to be as nice and understanding as possible. Needless to say, they were not having it. They kept trying to end the conversation and were very short with me, a bit rude and condescending, blamed me for the situation and even complained about having to pay fees for my refund!

Very disorganized business, I constantly had to badger them for my invoices and apparently they also expect the customer to set reminders for them. This was such a bad experience, especially if you're new to proxy services.

And their items are also overpriced in comparison to other sellers. I had no idea at the time when I first ordered from them because I was a newbie but you can find everything they sell for cheaper elsewhere and with better customer service.

Amazing company!! They helped me purchase something that I couldn't get anywhere else and the transaction was really easy! They shipped my order faster than I thought and it was super carefully packed. Will definitely use them again!!
