Parts missing and can’t pair pencil with iPhone or iPad

Ordered something from Bernadetee at the start of May. It is now the end of July and it has still not been delivered (so, over 80 days). I know Bernadetee are not personally delivering this from China to the UK, but they are responsible for ensuring it is delivered in a timely manner. In fact, within their Shipping Information page on the website, it states "We understand that waiting for a package can be stressful, and we want to be transparent about what can influence delivery timelines. Public holidays, severe weather conditions, the specific policies of destination countries, and the operational realities of international couriers can all play a role. However, we have a firm boundary: even with these potential disruptions, the total transit time will not exceed 30 days"
The online tracking shows that the parcel has been returned [to sender] failing security checks at least 5 timers. Yet Bernadetee refuse to acknowledge that this package will likely never be delivered and they will not issue a refund. Avoid at all costs. Luckily it was not a hugely expensive item, but it was a gift for a family member who has asked everyday for the last 70+ days "where is my package"

Despite their supposedly helpful reply to my complaint and negative review, this company have still not refunded me or supplied the goods AVOID AVOID AVOID!

A very well organised company. Received the item efficiently and I am very pleased with it.

The coins are well designed and were well packaged. They did take a long time to arrive but we were kept up to date with their location in the postal service

The coins are what I expected, would have thought they all would have been shipped in one box, instead of a bag.

I brought the medium colour, but when I applied it it made my face look really pale and not the shade it is supposed to turn into.

Ordered some 'Old Friends' coins and what came was not as described (very poor quality) and were faulty (letter missing)
I was happy to return the faulty items but they just kept offering a meagre amount
Buyer beware from this company, which is not in the UK and has a very deserved Trustpilot score (should be lower)

Coin looks great delivery was just a bit longer than I expected

Product arrived safe and sound and as described. Initial error on payment was quickly dealt with and resolved satisfactory. Very good customer services.
