Yvonnefitzgeraldproperties Recensioni

Excellent communication, kept us informed all the time with feedback from viewings. Very professional and efficient. Sold our house very quickly.

Accidentally posted a review on Yvonne Fitzgerald Properties and it turns out I had the wrong person. This Yvonne insisted she did not know me and I thought she was nuts. I kept insisting that I was right. (I had the wrong name completely). Although I posted a very negative review (1-star), I am very grateful that Yvonne remained professional until I realized my mistake. So, I can say that she is extremely professional when dealing with dorks like me. Sorry, again, Yvonne. A note to others - if she says she doesn't know you, please make sure you have the right person. - T.B.

Yvonne Fitzgerald properties helped me through the whole process when I put my house up for sale . First class service . I would highly recommend. Very professional company ( always returned calls or emails promptly )

I recently put an offer in on a property however this was rejected but not once was I asked if I could increase my offer, the other was accepted even though mine was the exact same. Then in a second occasion I put an offer in which was accepted , so put my legal offer in at cost to me only then to be told it was Not enough . So while looking at properties if it is being sold by Yvonne I’ll just not bother . Hope that a property comes up with another agent.

We recently sold our property with Yvonne. It sold in under a week and the staff were fantastic. We chose Yvonne based on her experience and the fact that she is available 7 days a week.

I recently sold and purchased property with Yvonne and team in Thurso and could not fault them They are fantastic and polite and extremely helpful I would highly recommend using them for all your property requirements they go above and beyond and always add the personal touch Thank you again for your awesome service

If you want to sell or to buy a property... Ivonne is the best option.
I used her services many times and always was the best choice.

Thank you Ivonne

Just a wee note to say that's us all settled in East Banks. We greatly appreciated all your support in helping with our sale and the purchase of this property. Bryan was a great help showing us around and keeping us right.

I recently bought my first house from Yvonne Fitzgerald. The whole team were very helpful and straightforward during the whole process. I came up to Caithness from Argyll so it was really helpful that they let me book a bunch of viewings all in the same week while I was here.

I went to Yvonne’s solely on her reputation to sell houses fast and I was not disappointed. I stopped by the office and within an hour I had a phone call from Yvonne , we had a general chat and gave me a guide price of what she thought the property was worth.

Three days later she was at my property to take all the photos and video walkthrough. You can tell from Yvonne straight away that she is proactive and wants things to get done asap!! I signed the contract and waited for the home report value to come through.

Once the home report was through Yvonne had my property up on the market straight away on her Facebook page, web site and internet property sites.

A few days later I excepted an offer on my property over the value which I was very happy about.

It was a long drawn out process as my buyer took a long time to get his mortgage possibly due to the current economic climate.

Yvonne’s staff at the office were always only a phone call away and I had to request a few bits of information from them and they were always very polite and helpful.

I would definitely use Yvonne and her team again. Very professional , approachable and always had my needs and expectations at the forefront of their business

Yvonne Fitzgerald made the process of buying and moving to our new home as enjoyable as possible. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic team Yvonne has they kept us informed of our house sale throughout!
We found it hard answering calls/messages as we both work silly hours but Yvonne kept us in the loop weekends and evenings and this made our house sale smooth and efficient! Thanks for all your help guys! Much appreciated!

Yvonne and the team are fantastic. They ensured that all my questions were answered and went above and beyond what they needed to do. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The girls in the office handled our sale quickly and efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic team of people who made the experience of selling a property as stress free as possible, friendly, helpful and communicated throughout the whole experience.

Living in the far south it was going tobe difficult selling our cottage in Castletown. Not so- as from the very start every viewing was made possible, even in the evenings. We were kept up to date daily as to how things were progressing. Thank you for being the very best and dedicated to giving your all for the best results

Yvonne has a great work ethic and sold my property in no time at all. Friendly efficient team whom I would certainly use again. Well done all

Yvonne and her staff were professional, responsive and reliable. The photos/video of the property and viewings were handled professionally and the team communicated well throughout the process . My property sold quickly, all thanks to Yvonne and her staff.

Yvonne has sold 4 properties of my company with impeccable speed and professionalism. Easy, simple and always very attentive. Thank you very much.

Avoid.
I have personally experienced lies from this office, along with outdated discriminatory practices, lack of courtesy and an arrogant, unprofessional approach.

Brilliant team. Very responsive to enquiries. Yvonne is willing to go the extra mile and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommended
