"Satisfied or refunded"? Hah!

Yves Rocher Canada's refund process is (so far, in my experience) nonfunctional, and needs to be improved for greater transparency to customers.

There's no reason why a (now former) customer needs to wait almost 2 months for a refund in 2026. Just about any other business can refund their customers in way less time. Keep in mind, many credit cards have a time frame of 60 days or about 2 months to dispute a charge.

Plus, there's no way to check on the status of your return. Most businesses would at least acknowledge the tracking and the return itself, but apparently not Yves Rocher Canada. When a customer has to tell them the tracking info (it was an accepted delivery), they keep the customer waiting longer, saying they still have to process it - even a month later.

Over these almost 2 months, I've had to spend way more time than should be necessary trying to get my refund.

For these reasons, I can no longer recommend Yves Rocher Canada.

I recommend if anyone else is trying to get a refund, contact your credit card company for a dispute/chargeback within the time frame of your payment method.

Scammers with horrible customer service

It's been a whole month and I still haven't received my order. I tried to contact them but they're not answering my emails. When I try to join them by calling, I can't even talk to a human being. Why am I talking to an AI that can't understand my complaint? They are just scammers with horrible customer service.

I’ve been ordering from Yves Rocher for…

I’ve been ordering from Yves Rocher for years and have never been disappointed. I especially love their Advent calendar, which I buy every year for my daughter. This past Christmas, I placed an order that left me a little disappointed, but overall their products are great. I’ve never had any issues receiving my orders. I’m sorry to hear that others have had a bad experience.

Customer Service Manager is inhuman

So they sent me a completely wrong order, one item that was purchased and showed clearly in the Invoice was missing, and the other item they miss placed with a different one which I don’t need and can’t use. I sent an email asking to correct the mistake. The response came from the Customer Service Manager (!) : she was rude, arrogant and all she said was basically that “if you are not happy, you can discontinue your membership with us and switch off”. Incredibly unprofessional and extremely unkind. I used to buy their products for the last 15 years. Never again! I will also advise all my friends to stay away from this awful company.
UPD.: I NEVER received neither a refund, nor the products as per my order.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! They sent and charged me for orders by mistake. The agent was rude, never let me speak, constantly interrupted, and refused to find a mutually agreeable solution. Very poor customer information and a complete lack of transparency. It's a shame because I liked the products, but this was the last time I order from Yves Rocher. 😡

Damaged parcel and disappointing customer service

I placed an online order of about $400, which included several gifts. The parcel arrived damaged (a shaving foam had exploded, and some items were stained). After nearly three weeks of follow-ups — several of my emails were ignored — I only received a refund for the foam and replacements for the damaged pouches. For the rest (perfume boxes, gift box, serum), no solution was offered. I now have to find a way to offer these gifts in damaged condition, which is very disappointing for an order of this value.

SAV inutile

1ere commande reçue sans pb. bons produits.
2nd commande, ce sera la dernière. UPS a perdu mon colis, certes c'est eux les fautifs et non YR, cependant dès lors que ça a été à YR de prendre leur responsabilité et faire le nécessaire pour une nouvelle commande ou un remboursement, bizarrement je n'ai plus eu de réponse à mes courriels. Ceci dit, les 2 courriels de réponse que j'avais eu jusque là n'étaient autre que des copier-coller de msg automatique me disant en gros "attendez 30 jours". Alors que UPS stipule de façon écrite que mon colis est perdu, classé sans suite, enquête close. A quoi bon attendre ?
Les produits sont bons, mais l'expérience client, nope.

J'ai fait un gros achat chez Yves Rocher le 10 août 2020, posté le 12.
Habituellement c'est Postes Canada qui fait la livraison et aucun souci. Maintenant c'est UPS et il sont incapable de trouver mon adresse.
Une employée d'UPS me téléphone pour me demander mon adresse. J'ai indiqué à la dame que mon adresse est exacte, qu'il y a un intercom et qu'il faut faire le no d'appartement et que ça sonne sur mon téléphone. Ca n'a rien donné car le chauffeur n'est même pas venu. Mon conjoint et moi somme restés à la maison toute la journée.
J'ai la même adresse depuis le 1er mai 2019 et je commande beaucoup par internet et je reçois mes colis par Postes Canada, nationex,intelcom et une fois Purolator et tout va assez bien dans l'ensemble.
J'ai écrit au service à la clientèle d'Yves Rocher et reçu une réponse assez rapidement. Valérie du service clientèle ne semblait pas comprendre.....
J'ai bien dit pourtant que je recevais toujours mes colis avec Postes Canada, si j'avais su que c'était UPS leur transporteur, je n'aurais rien commandé.
Valérie m'a écrit que le colis avait été retourné et que je serais remboursé. Si je souhaitais qu'on m'envoi mon colis à nouveau, il faudrait que je donne mon adresse complète.

--Je n'ai pas répondu, j'attends mon remboursement.--

C'est mon adresse exacte depuis le 1er mai 2019, comme c'est la même adresse des 23 autres locataires de mon immeuble.
Yves Rocher on perdu une très vieille cliente car une bornée comme Valérie du service clientèle ne donne pas le goût d'acheter à nouveau pour se faire redire:" il nous faut votre adresse complète" alors que c'est la seule et unique adresse et que je reçois toujours mes autres colis.
Pour moi Yves Rocher c'est terminé. Il y a d'autres produits qui sont encore meilleur et à bon prix.

horrible customer service

horrible customer service. I was YR loyal customer for 12 years. After pandemic made an order online. they put my orders in a big box without any packaging air bags. I forgot to apply my discount code, requested to adjust the price, never replied back to me.

Skin care I can count on

I've been ordering from Yves Rocher Canada for a few years. I love their catalogs (except there is no scratch and sniff for scents), their sales, the little samples that come with each order. I like the fact that they reward loyal customers with free gifts usually of our choice or a choice of items based on our purchase history.

I'm very fond of their Sebo Vegetal, Elixir 7.9, and Hydra Vegetal line of products. Finally my face gets along with something, instead of breaking out all over with allergies to whatever. I sometimes order products to ship to my mom as well, as they do not have a PT site. My husband will not use any other shower gels nor body scrub other than Yves Rocher. Too bad they don't have the pear one anymore, it was his favorite.

I've only contacted customer support once when I had an issue with an online order. They were polite, helpful, and processed my request right away over the phone.

Highly recommend.
